Service was fast, the product was well made and, for the cost, far exceeded my expectations. I ordered two blazers. They sent one blazer first to confirm fit before sending the second. The first fit except that the sleeves needed to be shortened 1 1/4". I advised them in an email and the second arrived a couple of weeks later. It was a perfect fit. The jackets were linen and just be aware that they will need to be pressed after you receive them, but for $150 they are wonderful.

Studiosuits do not stand behind their product and do not provide any valuable customer service. I would never purchase from StudioSuits ever again unless they properly resolved the issue of providing a suit that was a full size too small! This was after providing them with my exact measurements. All measurements were wrong except one and they still would resolve my issue.

I ordered two suits of the same size. One suit came almost 2 inches smaller than the other. When contacting customer service regarding the issue, they simply stated that site variations occur because of it being a handmade garment.

I would not call 2 inches a slight variation. They then said if I send them $104 they will remake it for me.

I feel like they intentionally sent it smaller so that they could charge me again for another suit.

The measurement system works albeit very complex and laborious but your staff will then contact you if the measurements are out of standard according to them for further confirmation from the buyer and this is an excellent service because customers looking for tailor-made garments are demanding and must have a good memory of your services. However, being Italian I have some of my ideas on how to dress about many details that I understand are not easy to grasp for those who live far from Italy. The buttons on the sleeves of the jacket have only been sewn (only two buttons) without you having first made the buttonholes which instead are a "fundamental" quality detail in a prestigious jacket. You have declared that the fabrics are of an Italian factory but there is no label inside the jacket indicating the origin of the fabric which is instead mandatory in Europe even if the fabric was of good quality.

Studio Suits has been a pleasure to work with and I have already placed 4 orders with multiple garments in each including suits, shirts, pants, and even a tie.

All have been fantastic, the craftsmanship has been top notch, the fit has been bang on. I just wish turnaround was a little faster, but considering 70% of the stitching of a suit is done by hand, I'm willing to wait for that kind craftsmanship.

I wish they had silk options for shirts as well, but maybe in the future.

Order a suit for my wedding. The color of the jacket is wrong. Ordered light blue, it's gray. I submitted all of my measurements correctly... nothing fits. When I contacted them, they take no fault for the errors and will not fix anything. Total waste of money!

Sending your measurements off online and hoping for the best could easily be a stressful experience, but this was nothing but a pleasure from start to finish. I've never gotten more compliments about a suit before. I've already sent a few of my mates to the website.

It was easy to order and input my measurements. Took longer than expected to arrive but came in good condition

You guys are great please hang on to my personal measurements Ive kept it also for thr the record the coat fits beautifully.
I will be ordering a similar tweed coat from you guys again soon, but with a different cloth and pattern!

The company overall did make their goals listed on the page, but there have been large questions that took a long time to answer. There have been a few very attentive service agents and some that make the process more difficult. Overall their construction is great if you are just looking for your sizes, if you truly want to customize the style then they are well made but not quite exact.

Unfortunately my package arrived in unbelievably rough shape, I had taken pictures and talked with a customer service person and they simply put all of the blame of the shipping method, saying customs takes the package apart and puts it back however they want, out of studio suits control. I am still upset with the suit after it has been dry cleaned and pressed.

I've purchased quite a few different things from StudioSuits, and I continue to be quite impressed. The price point is quite agreeable, the garments fit great, and the material feels much better than what you would find off the rack. I do suggest taking the time to get your measurements exactly right - it is absolutely worth it to get a great-fitting piece.

I negotiated fitting with Terry over a few emails, and placed an order. When recieved, I was asked to confirm fit before another purchase was made. I was so pleased at this approach and both jackets fit so well and looked so good, I bought five more. Thank you, Studio Suits!

Quality is great, fabric as described (ordering swatches helped). Fit seems grood and the structure is nice. Had a special request to have the vest tweed for the entire thing instead of a lining back and they were quick with the response and it was reasonably priced!

I was overall happy with what studiosuits offers at their price range. I am used to a much older and analog shopping experience so it was difficult for me to navigate the online measuring process and so on but that doesn't necessarily reflect their business but my age and lack of expertise in a contemporary business. I have found them to be very helpful in what they offer and in adapting to an online world.

Happy with the shirts but we ordered them with what we thought was plenty of time. I eventually inquired as it was getting late and they then expedited but only shipped us one shirt - not the one we needed for an event. It worked out in the end but really cut it close and created additional inconvenience for us. I can appreciate why they ship one first, but it would be really nice if you could indicate which one you are waiting on.
