I ordered an off the peg size but what arrived (which I was told was bespoke) was a poorly fitting jacket. Contact with customer services to organise a return has taken weeks which makes the experience even worse.

I had questions throughout the process. I was concerned about designing and buying a suit online. They responded to all of my emails within a reasonable time. Very easy to get information from. Tracking information updated as soon as the item shipped.

The order process is straightforward. However there is a simple warning of possible customs, with no clarification of shipping origin nor any help in calculating the extra costs. In the end was an extra £40

First things first, the tailored coat doesn't fit front or back. So little that even the tailor can't do anything anymore. 80€ customs fees were added on top, return not possible. Voucher for next order was offered, as if I was throwing more money into this hole. Just plain fraud.

Didn't love having to pay extra for a "trial suit", but it WAS necessary in order to get the perfect fit. I don't have an off-the-rack body style so I need a very bespoke fitting. There needs to be more transparent pricing in the Premium selections or a free trial suit alternative... Other than that, great experience.

It came very fast which was surprising. The original wait time was 6 weeks, but mine came in 2. As stated above it is a nice suit but needs corrected at a tailor or seamstress.

Overall, good selection of pants and colors and nicely laid out website. The one thing I'd say is that, because the pants the clothing is custom made and thus take time to reach the customer, customer service needs to keep the customer better informed of progress and ship date, as other online customer tailors do. Perhaps, once at the beginning, once midway, and once shipping is initiated.

I'm yet to try it on tbh but at first glance it's as nice as I'd hoped. Amazing difference in cost compared to a suit retailer. Customer service was impressively competent and helpful.

The samples arrived quickly and were helpful in choosing a fabric. Had to follow up several times to get refunded the $15, but they followed through.

Just look at the picture…what a scam! They don't offer returns yet send you something that's obviously not custom made. Look at the lapel, it's seriously terrible. And the color isn't even close to what I ordered. I don't know how they have so many 1 star reviews, because this is the biggest waste of $250 I've ever experienced.

Suit construction is laughable and material is the quality of a craft store. You would be better off with anything from goodwill. Also due to them being located in India don't expect any customer service or them even responding to fix anything. Stay away!

Purchased a Taffy Pink suit as the website photos showed a slightly purplish, muted pink what looked a bit different but still semi formal. No fabric sample was available from site but went ahead and bought.

Item delivered was bright pink and, frankly, horrendous, as well as being ill fitting (despite forking out extra £80 for trial suit to fine tune measurements).

Studiosuits refuse to acknowledge that the suit is a different colour and have offered nothing in the way of an apology or compensation. £320 wasted.

Extremely happy with the product I received. Needs a dry clean to get some wrinkles out but nothing you can't expect from something that's been in in a box shipped overseas. Will be purchasing again in the future for sure
