Firehouse Flavors

Spent good money ordering a 5lb bag of worcestershire powder. I've purachased said power many times over the years, so i know exactly what it looks and tastes like. What i was sent was 5lb bag of allspice. Easy to distinguish, not only by the taste but by appearance: worcestershire powder is brown and granular, while what they sent me was grey and very powder with a flour-like consistency. My email went ignored, and then a text message 45 days later was met with incredulity, as if i didn't know what i was talking about and couldn't tell the difference between the two products. Quite insulting. Then i was offered a store credit as a "solution". You screwed up my order but you want me to purchase more from you? Yeah i don't think so. Buyer beware, these people have obviously never heard of "the customer is always right", especially when it was incredibly obvious they screwed up. Below i've included the bag they sent me, next to a container of actual worcestershire powder. Doesn't take a genius to see the glaring difference. BUYER BEWARE!

Edit: Follow-up, tried placing an order with their "store credit" they sent me, and it was never processed. Shocker. These people don't care if they scam you out of your money. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
