It took almost 35 days for my little package to wind it's way thru the unbelievable logistics system they use! COVID is delaying those kind of shipments. The tracking number they gave me was at least 10 days behind the real results. It did show up and does works as indicated. I have not way of checking the REAL results on viruses.

I ordered UV light. After weeks called. No response. Then checked tracking number. It is fake. I called CITI credit card company and disputed.
Now they sent 11 page document to CITI with all lies. The product has Chinese writing. No power supply. Not UL listed. Now they want to send back to China and take 15% stocking fee. Return should be 30 days after their shipment. I received it after more than 60 days. They call themself different Names Sterlize-X or X-Sterilize or MUAMA. I have complained to FTC already about my experience. Everyone should do it so we can avoid scams.

Have contacted them 3 times, each time same story, products in transit but won't give me a tracking #. Advertising 5-8 business days clearly not so! Must be a scam or why so many BAD reviews.
