I purchased 2 Rival 300 mice that were supposed to be the same; however, the boxes showed different specs. I contacted them weeks before Christmas. They occasionally sent me an email to say they were looking into it and then nothing. January 4th, they contacted me to say I needed to open a new support RMA. Seriously? This site is too unreliable. Buy your products somewhere else.
Ordered a Set of Headsets and needed to cancel the order - impossible to speak to them. They respond to a ticket after 5 days to say we need to refuse the pack when it arrives, but the pack arrived 2 days before their response and was left with a neighbour anyway! Absolutely atrocious in this day and age.
I purchased the arctis 9 headphones for my son and within a few months, they weren't working properly. I contacted customer service, who asked me for an excessive amount of information and wanted me to jump through hoops just to get them replaced when they were supposed to be under warranty. Needless to say, I never received a replacement and now I'm just out the $250 I spent. Horrible service
Ordered direct from steelseries for Christmas present, the headphones are faulty and 2 weeks in still being provided with Windows 10 instructions even I've clearly mentioned PS4 numerous times.
I'm an IT professional and know what I'm doing with headphones - I am just looking to get a refund. Wish me luck
Don't get me wrong I love my steel series headset. I hate the chat mix dial that came with it. My dog chewed the cord. Went to purchase a new one and it said 17.99! Perfect member price! Go to purchase it and in cart it's back to regular price. They have online chat to talk to support but he couldn't help me. He said make a ticket. So I followed his instructions exactly and it wouldn't let me place the ticket. I'm upset because I don't want to pay 12 extra dollars for a cord. And best part is now that I told them there was an issue they fixed the price on the site. I want the product for what they were advertising.
Best headset I ever had, you can hear the game absolutely amazingly. And from my friends and twitch followers ttv-optionz on twitch, said that they can hear EVERYTHING. Very comfortable headset as well.

I'll make this short as I'm new to posting reviews.
-First the website thought I was fraudulent when I tried to order. Kyo responded FAST and we figured things out
-Second, I ordered extra cushions in case I didn't like the originals. Akira (maybe Akiro) helped me within the same day to return. You do have to pay for your own shipping which is OK. Not great, but FINE.
-Third, I couldnt get the headset (Nova 7) to update through the firmware. While support was a little slower here, we worked it out. I don't have the persons name that assisted.
The software takes a little to get use to, but is awesome. The headset is AMAZING.
Steelseries devices became my choice for work & fun a long time ago. These are always made very solid and stylish together which is also a valuable point for me. Reliability and durability are very high too - I use the mouse for a year already and it still looks like its new! Totally worth the money!
For its price, the Arctis 1 Wireless Headset is great value. Great beginner headphones that are within a reasonable price range. I had difficulty setting up the wireless functionality and it can only connect to devices when the Bluetooth Switch is plugged in, but other than this, a great pair of headphones for its price!
The worst customer service for return products to many step for return and you send it and they ask for more prove and we purchase guarantee and also is not working this is email email and more DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AND THIS COMPANY!
Bought a headset from them last year (<12months, so still in warranty), unfortunately the microphone has stopped working. Tried contacting them for a replacement however they are of of stock (as has been the case for several months) and they refuse to process any return till its back in stock and cannot issue a refund. I have been in the return process with them for several weeks now and it is very tiring. I have been appalled with the quality of their customer service which has been less than useless in helping resolve this issue. Being a business owner myself, I understand stock shortages are an issue however in situations like this the right thing to do is apologise and just issue a refund. I urge you to avoid them like the plague and look for companies more deserving and appreciative of your custom.
I went a little nuts and bought an entire setup from SteelSeries after seeing all the awesome awards and reviews on Amazon and Best Buy.
The keyboard Apex 7 and headset Arctis 7+ are absolutely AWESOME. Customize them on their own software pretty easily. Decently user-intuitive but not completely.
I had an issue with the mouse - and within 1 week got the issue resolved and completed the warranty process.
I personally recommend!
They can't help with design flaw issues, then I buy their replacement cable for 5+13€ shipping(?!) and in 10 days it's still in "preparing for shipping"
I sent a ticket 5 days after the order, and in 5 business days they couldn't answer.

Microphone disconnects constantly, customer service is impossible to get ahold of. Tried to get a warranty replacement, but they took 3 months to respond(15+ emails to get to the actual point of a replacement) and I was out of warranty. Will not be buying from this company again.
This brand can be called Sh*tseries, I had too many kinzu mouses from them coz I loved how they fit my hand, all was broken after some time. Now, I bought aerox3, it worked for 2 months, then, I clicked few times on the button that changes sensitivity and it's totally broken, it randomly changes sensitivity now and also randomly changes colors, doesn't go smoothly. Broken brand these misfits
You live and learn I spent over 1k to find out their support and product care is the worse and I will do all I can to help people save the aggravation to deal with this bunch of liars stay away put your money into a company that has your back not one that turns their back on customers
Bought Arctis Pro Wireless. For this hefty price you should expect them to be flawless but that's not the case, or at least for me. I don't know if I got faulty item but I've been expreriencing some awful bass distortion only on the lowest notes around 20Hz. Especially noticable when watching movies. Also there's constant hissing in the background which gets louder if you turn off the volume limiter. For this price that's a big issue. Please tell me if someone else has this problem and if there's any solution!
If the mic doesn't work, or if it just isn't compatible with Discord, that should be one of the first things you say on your 350 dollar speakers.
I purchased my arctis 9x in October of 2020. In early march of 2021, it began to just fall apart. Pieces of plastic began to snap off until both ear muffs fell off and the headset became unusable. I contacted support that very day, and completed the rma process. I never got received another headset and to this day they continue to say that the have no record of it and just tell me to do the rma again even though they know damn well that it's now been over a year which means it's past warrantee. Terrible customer support. Possibly the worst I've ever experienced. There isn't even a way to call them either. Just utterly awful. Don't buy from this company.
