Love this place because they constantly post new deals on office supplies, and you can stock up on everything you might ever need for a good price. Even when you need to replace a keyboard for your PC, you can find some good deals there! 5 stars!

My bad for not reading all the reviews of this desk chair because numerous people who bought it made mention that the arm rest holes aren't even close to matching up. So wjy continue to sell something with such poor quality control?! Then, although it delivered the next day, the return had still not been picked up for 9 days despite calls and promises so I had to lug it to the store myself (elderly). They wanted me to keep it outside my house for pickup so every day I had to worry about it being stolen and rained on since I have no overhang. Thanks for nothing Staples.
The shopping site is fine you can find most of what you need works fine like office depot. But, the problem is after you have purchased going on credit site; it is financed through Citi but for some reason you cannot log on from their site.It doesn't revert back to main Staples account. So I always have to go back to Staples email and link from there; Once you log out it reverts back to Citi and you can't log back in; won't recognize your info. So you can't save bookmark. It's irritating. I log on thru Mac.
Very easy to use friendly website, if you sign up for there rewards, you will get 10% discount on the ink cartridges and toners, with that, price is reasonable. If you don't have that 10% discount, their price is kind of high but again, you pay for the convenience.
Fraudulent business practices. Charged my account for an order they did not fulfill. The charge showed up in my acct AFTER I received an e-mail stating the order could not be fulfilled. Called CS, waited for over an hour, only to be told "sorry" and "your $$ should be back in your acct in 2-5 business days". They could easily profit millions in short-term accrued interest, with such awful business practices.
While I haven't had any issues with their products, the store in Westminster, CO is not laid out well at all. When I couldn't find something, I went to ask the manager there and as I turned the corner down an aisle, I tripped and fell over a box that I could not see and sustained injuries - can hardly walk with one badly injured knee and might have chipped the bone. I have to get xrays. They thought putting boxes of merchandise at the end of the aisles was a great idea when they should have been stored somewhere out of the way of customers! I won't shop there again. Be aware!
I ordered a 46 by 48 inch desk chair mat. Staples delivered a 48 by 96 inch erasable white board. When I complained I was told it would be treated as a return they would pick it up and refund me and I'd have to reorder.
We arranged a day, they didn't come. Was told they would come tomorrow or the next day. They didn't come. Complained again. They said they would come on another day, they didn't. So now we've waited home 5 days for them o come and in the end we still won't have what we ordered.
Basicly, their customer service is crap. If that's what you're looking for go ahead and patronize them but I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Staples, never again!
Went to staples today in Okotoks Alberta to purchase a new wifi. Was speaking with a someone that works in the area. After explaining what I was looking for he said he be right back as he needed to look at the product to see if it does what I was asking. After 15 minutes of watching him help others and not coming back to us we left. Have always liked staples but couldn't believe how are sale didn't seem to matter to them. Guess we will be buying from a different store.
I always go to Staples. Thier ink prices are pretty much in line with Walmart and I'm not a fan of Walmart.
Employees always know the answer to my question or find it out. Very helpfull.
They work for my business and I am big into costumer service!
Ridiculous. I bought an electronic gift card expecting to be able to use it the same day. But no, apparently it can take up to two week to be delivered. What's the point of electronic delivery if it takes that long?
Called the local Staples store and confirmed that they have the bulk pack Bubble Mailers that I needed. When I arrived at the store 10 minutes later they told me they only have the smaller pack. The smaller pack is about half the quantity but sold at ~85% of the larger pack.
I don't know how much longer they can last with this kind of business style.
Ordered a lot of stuff - they did not ship as they did not "trust" our address. Customer service only said that "you do not receive any mail then"... We are located in a large 32 story office building and receive a lot of mail. We will not be using Staples any more!
I am very happy to have Staples in our town. I have purchased so many things from our Staples and have never been disappointed. This last week, I had several books spiral bound. One book was on my tablet. No problem, pulled off tablet and printed and spiral bound, in no time. Spiral bound a couple more books and did an excellent job. Kudos to Chris(10) for being so helpful, Lake Havasu, AZ
RUN AWAY. Staples clearly has no idea how to play in the big leagues. I wanted to buy a TV from them. That's all. Just buy a TV. My order was cancelled TWICE. With ZERO notification the first time. Over a week I waited for the TV. No correspondence. Then when I looked it up it said it was cancelled. I called and they had no explanation. I ordered another TV. They said OK. Took my credit card number. Sent a confirmation. And cancelled again. THIS time they said they manually cancelled it for "internal reasons" and I would need a SUBPOENA to find out why. A what now? Are they crazy? But asked me if I wanted him to "see if they could reverse the decision". I just wanted to spend money to buy a TV! Not on lay away. BUY IT! This is the WORST experience I've ever had. Go to Amazon or Best Buy. STAPLES is a joke. (Just FYI I'm a normal person with a very good income and an AM EX Platinum. Not some college student with crappy credit or a criminal record.)

Mike couldn't have been more helpful today. I had a massive amount of copying to do and the copy machine kept jambing. Mike took over and he more than helped me get the job done in good time! It's always a pleasure to shop in Staples!
The customer service agent's at the Victorville CA location, at printer services don't want to help at counter when you have been in line, waiting to be helped. They direct you to the self help printers. I've been there several times and they have NOT been doing anything and still send you to help yourself. Terrible service.
All of the people here are very caring and nurturing they know how to take care of your needs and are always there for you when you need them. I want to take the time to let them know that they are the best so far especially being an office supply store. Thanks guys, Corey is by far the best manager I have dealt with.
My wife is back home in tears after her experience with tge manager at staples staples Saddle Brook New Jersey. Shae placed an order over the phone yesterday to get 304 cards and she was assured it ll be ready. Instead the manager rudely told her to finish cating the cards herself. She didn't even respect the fact that out little daughter was watching the whole scene. She is now home in tears after the disrespectful experience. The manager didn't ever want to give her tge receipt and told her you can find it in your phone.
I m going to sit her and finish cutting the cards one by one for tge evening just because some manager ego chosed not to do their job.
