Item #******* Order NUMBER: *******364, from Staples website on dated 05/06/18. And charged by credit card $85.16. Today received an email, staples cancelled my order. Spoken to sales rep, due to their fault they put wrong price on web site! Staples is not responsible for the price they offered yesterday, when I bought this. As per there supervisor named Shauna, she cant do nothing and Staples is not responsible for there own error. In the mean time my credit card charged immediately and I don't see any refund yet for my credit card charges. Staples charge me credit card and use monies, and later they will refund, what a rip off. So please be careful for there website prices! I will never order from them in future.
I purchased the Hp Envy7155 about a year ago because my old Envy was not 5G. It serviced our family well and still worked beautifully when we gave it away. The Staples sales staff told me it was the best brand printer. They did not tell me it is a ink hog. I registered it and spent time with a customer service person to get it running on bluetooth. It is supposed to print pictures. I gave up after about 10 tries. The ink would not print evenly. I barely get 50 copies run before I get a signal and it shuts down because it is out of ink. I was contacted about signing up for an ink program. There is something in the cartridge that tells them to send me ink. I have more that paid for the printer in ink this year. Now the printer won't print in color even though the cartridge is fine.
The page is off center when I copy pages. We have tried to align it, but to no avail. I'm giving this printer away and good riddance!
No more HP products for me. Their products have gotten very shoddy.
Ordered PC memory in store using the kiosk and paid in store with my debit card which they tout as being very user friendly.
They never disclosed it was a third party shipper/seller until I asked where my order was. Over a week later it hadn't shipped. Tried to cancel and they claimed they couldn't reach the seller. Also, they said I had to go back in the store if I wanted a refund. They claimed someone would called me Monday and no one did. After telling me it would arrive Monday I called them and turns out it was shipping out on Monday (scan only). Two weeks after ordering, it still isn't here. The worst of it is, I already found a better price but it would be too big a hassle to both canceling. Not sure why they are still in business. I think they should stick with office supplies.
Sale price posted on shelf, I was made to feel like they were doing me some huge favor honoring sale, then tried to get me to pay full price after manager said he would give me the sale price.
He took all of my information to ship item to my house, then at the register, told me he wasnt giving me the price he promised.
This store (#609) wont see me again, Horrible way to treat a customer!

I recently went to Staples to buy ink cartridges, couldn't find what I needed so I asked a sales rep. Who immediatlely assisted me in my hunt. He not only hellped me quickly but did so with an attitude that was at once heppy and friendly. These days customer service is a lost art, but not at Staples.
After numerous phone-calls about a defective office chair, I finally got hold of their insurance people (Asurion). After sending pictures of the chair and sales receipt to them, they finally agreed to send me what I paid for it. I got it on sale for $99.99. It now sells for $189.00. This was the second chair I got from them like the first one (still in good shape). Yes, they would reimburse me but not enough to purchase a replacement. BUT, before allowing me to "cash in" their email $$, one has to read pages of agreement. I decided not to waste my time and lose the $99.99, which would only buy me half a chair anyway. DON'T BUY FURNITURE FROM STAPLES! YOU'LL BE SORRY!

In Campbell Calif there is a Staples with a TSA pre check sign up center. It an appointment or walk-in center. Preferred appointment. A lady before me was 10 mins late, he told her she would have to come back after 12:30. More than 2 hours later. I did not have an appointment, there was nobody else there. He said I needed an appointment and turn his back on me and walked away. There was no one else there, he could have help the lady in front of me, it takes 10 mins. He could have helped me, if he was real busy. I understand. Nobody in line.
Staples was unable to deliver my order, I emailed them they said it would be delivered, it was delayed. I emailed to re-deliver, it was delayed. This happened about three times, I told them to call or email me for directions if they got lost. Cricket cricket. Nothing. Order is delayed. Called customer service, they use a 3rd party to deliver and they don't even have a contact number. Canceled order. Its 2017... get with the program staples. Horrible experience, will not be shopping with staples again.
I couldn't find the receipt for a computer chair I bought 2 1/2 years ago that had a problem. When i called the store, they reminded me I'd bought a warranty for three years. The warranty required a copy of the receipt. Staples only keeps them for 2 years, but they did their best for me by calling the warranty company and giving them whatever was needed. They did more than they had to and I am grateful.
People at Staples in Leesburg Pike - Crossroad Center - are really nice. They are always gentle and help you if you need something. They have good discounts too!... we need more people like you! :) Thank you
Today I went into the Staples on Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield, NJ. I went to purchase a laptop bag. The price display at $16.99 however, once I reach the checkout the price register at $39.00. I explained the price is incorrect. Walked over to where I found the bag brought the cashier the tag, only because she asked me for it. Upon returning with the tag cashier checked the sku number and told me, the laptop bag was in the wrong place. There were other laptop bags there with different prices. I thought the one I grabbed was on sale. I asked if she was going to give it to me at the price it was displayed? She said, no.
They lost a regular faithful customer.
On December 29,2023, I placed my order on Staples.com. I was given a January 2,2024 delivery date. Then it was delayed until January 4,2024. On January 5,2024, I chatted with a rep online that the order was "missing". I received no notification from anyone that it went missing until I inquired about my order not received on January 4,2024. Then the rep re-ordered my order with a delivery date of January 8,2024, and that was delayed again for January 9,2024 due to a truck breakdown. I chatted with another rep online on January 9,2024 to confirm that my order would be received on that date, and I was informed there was no delivery details on my order and that it would be delivered on January 10,2024.
How many more delays and excuses should I accept before I actually receive my order? This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Is this business being run by amateurs and children?
This is completely unacceptable and inexcusable. It's sad that I have to constantly follow up and deal with this. There's just no good customer service anymore.
I was in my local Staples today. I was astonished at how dirty the store was. I also look for the item I needed. When I didnt locate it I finally asked for assistance. I was told the item was on aisle 11 on the right. I went to locate, but nothing. I hung around a little longer. Still no help. I'm very disappointed this is the only place for me to purchase office supplies.
Every visit to Staples, Scottsdale, Az ******* is a treat
The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I need to give special recognition to Mimi, Daniel and Len because try last visit I was high maintenance (my personal admission) and the staff were very obliging and willing and made it fun and I look forward to my next visit. Thx guys for your great service
I ordered a monitor 8 weeks ago, and no one at Staples knows what is happening with my order.
I called and chatted them numerous times, and no help whatsoever.
Now i am trying to cancel my order and they are telling me that they cannot do it. The monitor was not yet shipped, but they cannot cancel the order. UNBELIVABLE!
Total FRAUD!
I am goig to complain to consumer protection regulatory bodies in Canada about this.
I wanted to help the local Canadian business - and it is the last time i am dealing with Staples.
Please don't make my mistake and choose the right business partner next time.

We ordered a desktop from your website the first PC arrived and it was Damaged after returned it we ordered another one after 10 days because we didn't received it the day provide by you, i got in touch with your costumer service to my surprised no body knew what was going on after 3 attempts on your chat room some one told me the product was never sent, so they have to reschedule it or we can cancel, if that how you treat your costumers i have no idea how you have business, horrible customer service, zero communication and worst shipping and handling ever, we will most definitely wont order from you again, at this point we are debating on cancel the order again.
Ordered, cancelled without reason. Ordered again, cancelled again without reason. Called customer service, and was told to call operations instead, 'But we'll ask them to call you'. 2 days on and I'm still waiting. And for the last 4 days they have been holding $450 of my funds and will not release. WTF STAPLES? POOR FORM!
My wife and I had a beautiful experience. Well, let's say on my second visit at a second location. Granada Hills location wasn't helpful at all. I only saw two people working. One was on the phone and the other was working the register. We walked out of that location and went to the Santa Clarita location. After looking around again we were greeted by Garrett Stevens. Because of his wisdom about the printers, I bought two and with the discounts and sales we got a great deal. Five stars for Garrett and zero for Granada Hills location.
I brought a ECO tank ET-4850 printer for my husband's business during Christmas season 2022. The quality of the printer was awful. I attempted to return and/or exchange it for an HP printer and I was told I only had 30 days to return it however I was never told that when I originally bought the printer. I have my original receipt, but the box was discarded. The sales associate told me I would have to call Asurion, the people that I was instructed to purchase a warranty with upon buying this product in order to return it. I am not interested in retrieving my money back I just want to exchange it for an alternate equally priced printer and am even willing to pay the difference if necessary. Never again STAPLES.
