I find this easy to use. I did have to call about mistakes but was my fault and everyone I spoke to peasant and helpful.

I don't have to go to the post office for stamps or configure multiple stamps for the correct amount of postage.

I may need to ship a larger package then a 10 box. I don't have a scale that will handle the larger package.

Updates to the software does not preserve custom envelopes that customers have created. Lack of support for envelop printing on various printers.

I use this APP and the postage account nearly every day. I mail letters, packages and books using Media Mail.

Refund process sucks. Hard to tell which postage service to use for different circumstances. Help needs to be revised.
Hard to work with addressbook.

I would give it 5 stars if it was available in a mobile app in todays technology this would be a no brainer.
