They don't communicate well. I purchased an order for two items but only received one. I reached out and didn't hear back. When they finally respond I'm told it's outside of the return policy. How does that make sense when I never got the product and you waited until day 30 to tell me I can't have a refund. Won't be ordering from them again.
So, I ordered a training belt, $32 total, two weeks and no sign of my order anywhere. I've already requested my money on return from PayPal but I just can't believe these people are in business using PayPal or doing ad campaigns in google. Anyway: if you are out there and come across this company, browse away. They are a full blown scam.
My order took some time to ship; however, it arrived in perfect shape and within the anticipated time frame. There is no customer service to speak of but thankfully they were not needed! Product was new in packaging and was exactly as described on the website. Will shop again!
I saw an add for stability pro so I decided to order a waist trainer off of it, after placing the order I read some customer reviews about how they have never received their order and that this website is a scam. My personal experience was wonderful I placed my order and within 2 weeks all my items came as advertised I am extremely satisfied with my order! Purchased almost a month ago. Immediately took the coins off. Got a email saying the tracking starting in Arizona & nothing since. I expected a day or 2 delay, but a whole month. Im trying to workout & sweat today not NEXT YEAR!
My items did not fit. They were slow to respond and hard to deal with. I suggest you go elsewhere. These products run extremely small and have zipper front making them impossible to get on since so small. They do not refund
I ordered a waist trainer and was pleased with the product itself. Although I was extremely worried when it did not come in 3-5 days took more like 2 weeks and did not like that when I did reach out to customer service I could not speak to anyone nor dis I get an email response. My waist trainer was true to size and works fine. I would say the quality was good for the price. I just don't know what I would have done had I needed to return it as you can not speak to anyone and realized after the order that you can only receive store credit on returns. I may consider ordering again if there was something I needed from them but need to do better with the customer service.
I ordered a waist trainer last Sunday and paid and extra 11.99 to receive my order within 2-3 business days it is now 7 days later and I have yet to receive my order I would like a refund of my 11.99 please
I also find it odd the your customer service number is disconnected and I am unable to get in contact with any from this company it's sad that I had to ho on Facebook and to try to get in contact wit somebody from this company to find out whTs going on wit my order
I email them about my order and was told that due to covid 19 orders and shipments are moving slow... So I don't understand why they would even give me the option for an express order knowing they are unable to express my order

The knee brace is a total joke. It is made a super cheap material with no use at all.
Please do not fall for this scamming advertising! Sham on people who would act to show support for this pathetic item. The 30 day refund is a joke and use to swindle people.

I ordered a small waist trainer. I am usually a small. I looked at it and knew right away it was too small. I didn't even try it on. I asked to return it. They would only offer store credit. I didn't want store credit. I offered to pay for shipping if I can receive my full refund. They never returned my email. This is poor customer service.
DO NOT BUY FROM! Gave one star because there was nothing lower. Customer service is non existing. Items on sale are non-returnable but don't tell you that when purchased. They just take your hard-earned money! Refuse to refund my money and then send email saying they will no longer be emailing me but hope I'll buy something in the future. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL company
My order shows tracking still sitting in their warehouse after 4 business days (5 days total). After e-mailing to find out the issues, I got no response. They are fraudulent criminals or at very least incompetent idiots!
Shoulder brace was advertised as fitting 38 to 50 in around chest. Item sent to me barely stretched 30 in. Refused refund or exchange for larger size because they didn't have any larger. No satisfaction. Do not do business with these people.! Hundreds of bad reviews!
Buyers Beware this company has bad customer service. They charged me for 2 items instead of 1. I might be ok with risking $30 for a product hoping it would work but $70 and no returns is unacceptable. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with them. They did offer exchange but they don't have much to chose from and why torture ourselves. I was unhappy w/ female waist trainer and they never even responded to my concerns sorry but no Thank you.
EXTREMELY cheap product! This company seems to mark up their prices and then "discount" them. To me it's very misleading. Not true to size, poor quality. Horrible customer service only offering a possible credit, no refunds according to their one-way policy they continued to refer to. Newsflash this is 2020 policies can/are changed and that's exactly what they need to do. Otherwise they are getting over on someone like me who decided to support this company out of the many options I have to choose from. It's horrible to learn when a company does not hold your best interest in providing good customer service and real solutions when doing business. My issue is still unresolved with this company. Highly disappointed!
Based on my experience, the customer service is awful. Site claims refunds / exchanges are not a problem. Getting someone to reply to my inquiry on the other hand went well into two weeks (except for their automated reply, which no one followed up on) Only after opening dispute with credit card company did anyone respond, and the answer was " I checked with my manager and we can get you 50% credit". This company has poor customer service and I cannot recommend anyone purchase from them.
I ordered a knee brace with standard shipping and over a week later it still hasn't shipped. I contacted customer service only to receive an automated reply that their inbox is too full and they are no longer accepting emails.
I also opted out of their promotional emails when placing the order and have been bombarded constantly.
I am disgusted with this company. Don't order from them!
I ordered A waist trainer size large. It's not even just the sizing being off, the quality of this waist trainer is below standards. No offense to the 99 cent store but I'm sure I'd find one better there. Save your money..
This companies product is complete crap. It comes look like a 4th grader put it together as an art project. When you get this over priced piece of velcro and realize it's not worth 1$ let alone 24$ and try to return it, you will be told they do not take returns. Do not give them your money.
Ugh I was so disappointed when I received this. Not stretchy material like other waist trainers I've ordered where you can make it as tight as you want and the Velcro straps on it well they just suck really bad. So many other better waist trainers this was a waste of my money.
