I have used this service in the past with good results but something has changed for the worse at this company. The company website makes the following guarantee:-

Sorry for all the turnarounds. I have looked into your case. It is totally our mistake. Our supplier mistakenly marked it as completed when he delivered only part of the gold. And our livechat reps didn't make it clear when they had a workshift, which made the rest gold not delivered in time. Finally the rest gold was delivered about 10 hours ago. I wonder whether you have received it.
