I have used this service in the past with good results but something has changed for the worse at this company. The company website makes the following guarantee:-
* 24 hours delivery guarantee or compensation/refund.
I received 21% of my order within the 24 hours period but to date I still have not received the balance of my order.
I contacted SSE requesting a prorated refund (per their guarantee) but the CS rep said they could only offer 5% extra gold and that I should wait until 36 hours after I placed my order before I ask for a refund.

Sorry for all the turnarounds. I have looked into your case. It is totally our mistake. Our supplier mistakenly marked it as completed when he delivered only part of the gold. And our livechat reps didn't make it clear when they had a workshift, which made the rest gold not delivered in time. Finally the rest gold was delivered about 10 hours ago. I wonder whether you have received it.
Due to the complexity it would lead for a partial refund (us-supplier-customer-partially delivered-mistakenly marked completed), our rep suggested you waiting for more time for our supplier to deliver. Otherwise if it's a simple partially-delivered case, we would have refunded right away if it's our mistake. Again we are terribly sorry for all the inconveniences.
