I placed a late order for an unstrung Nemisis 2 head for my daughters B day, did not think it would make it time. Sportstops staff not only expedited the shipping, they put a few extra goodies in (stickers, ball, special B-day msg) I will spend all my online LAX dollars with them.

Good selection and good prices. I could have used more sizing information. I probably would have bought a slightly larger size. UA Spectre rib pads. Comfortable and light weight.
Ordered box lax rib pads, elbow pads and wrist pads for my son. Prices were better than found on other sites and delivery was on day expected. No delays!
Great product at a fair price point. Worth a look when pricing out lacrosse gear. My only opinion of things missing is better explanation on product fit and sizing.

I placed an order for some parents on my team for few heads and by accident ordered the wrong STX head. I wrote them an email and explained my mistake and before i knew it they switched the heads on my delivery order with no questions asked. Fast and polite customer service. They saved one kids christmas!
My order came right as anticipated. All is there upon opening but won't know until Christmas if it's THE ONE.
I opened the package and everything was there and it all looks wonderful! I will know if it fits and is liked on Christmas morning!

I ordered Box LAX rib pads for my son. They didn't arrive after two weeks. My son was playing games and getting badly hurt. I emailed customer service (I could not get through on the phone) and explained that we could not buy these pads locally and could they quick ship a replacement so he would not get hurt in another game. Nothing happened. I had to call them and they did not stand behind the order and said I would have to wait for an investigation w/ UPS that could take a LONG time. If they had contacted me sooner I could have ordered from another website regular shipping, but because of their non-response I had to pay an extra $32 to overnight from another site.
