Was looking online for my son and his new sport he decided to play. His friends parents told us about sport stop. We were happy with the prices. Lacrosse gear can be pricey. The shipping time was fast. Made my sons day when his new equipment came in, and his new stick. He didnt ware no time playing with everything.
Order was on time and in tact. Happy with the purchase like all of my sportstop purchases. I have no other comment
You get your gear rather quickly. And that why poeple dont do these surveys, they keep making you tpye stuff because it has to be a so many characters long when you dont have much to say
My ordering experience was great. I ordered and my order came a day or two later. Highly recommend using sports stop. Its also where my team ordered the last couple years.
We ordered this and it came even quicker than described in lots of packing to protect the item, and the item was just as described if not better! Would do business with them again!
We had to return the gloves we ordered because they were too small. I had to email a reminder to provide me with an RMA but once I received it it was relatively painless except for having to pay the return shipping so now I paid $8 with nothing to show for it. I guess I can accept that because their prices are better than the big guys but Im just used to the site paying return shipping. All in all it was okay and Ill give them another shot.
This bag was different looking than the bag we actually received. If you want to know what the bag ACTUALLY looks like, google the Nike Face off bag. That's what it will look like. It has goofy checkered trim, not the solid color trim shown on the Sportstop webpage. We were disappointed in the difference and I let customer service know in the online chat. They were not sympathetic or helpful. Also the "shoe compartment" is useless, it's SO SMALL. So my son sticks a pinnie or a clean shirt in there for after practice. Overall it's the biggest of the LAX backpacks, and serves its purpose.

I bought the Eclipse 2 goalie head strung including shaft. So far it is unusable because the ball b ounces out of the top or gets caught in the bowl at the bottom when attempting to pass. I wish I would have saved the money and just strung it myself.
Bag came quick and fits everything we need for practice. This is my son's first year in LAX so I wanted an easy bag for him to carry. Beautiful bag and it's very easy to pack and unload.

We ordered the incorrect size for wrist guards. The customer service was excellent with organizing the return and reimbursing me for the first pair and then ordering a new pair.
