I purchased a one person sauna that has been fantastic for over two years.
I called and the staff was friendly and assisted me throughout the entire process.

I ordered a salt wall in white bricks from Spiritual Quest (SQ). A worker made the next size up by mistake with $20 extra for the packaging and shipping. I was billed $24.99. When the wall arrived it was sloppily packaged. Also: the frame for the wall is made of unfinished wood – not what the photos on their site show (the customer is supposed to paint or stain it and while doing so not get those products on the bricks?) at that price, absolutely not, it should have arrived 100% finished and done professionally; two miter cuts are gap-toothed; wood is stapled, completely visible creating an unfinished look; the flexible LED strip arrived with no booklet at all to give some basics about the remote and my box did not have the cord that attaches to the adapter and plugs into an outlet so I cannot use it. Spiritual Quest's handling of my order has been abysmal. UPDATE, 6/6/22, call from SQ. Abusive, talked over me, told me I was wrong, as if I can't see, has no interest in doing business with me, etc. I hung up on them as a conversation clearly was never going to happen.

I bought a set of 60 salt bricks a couple of weeks ago from one of the sales people over at spiritual quest number one is the salesperson walk me through how many bricks I needed for my job and he did so scientifically using several different formulas in addition to that when they shipped they had included two or three extra bricks because of possible breakage or miscuts on my part after I received them of course they do provide consulting I didn't know what that meant at the time but consulting means they'll walk you through the steps of how to build the salt wall within reason when you buy the materials from them so not only did I get great bricks individually wrapped all safely delivered but I also got some great direction one-on-one direction with a qualified professional blown away by the service just blown away

I have to say it did take quite a while for us to get our sauna and I read a bunch of these other reviews here mine, this year my experience was that the company sent out multiple emails explaining in great detai. L why the Los Angeles seaport was so clogged and they chose to move to actually help. Regardless of all the noise our sauna came in

we have our sauna plugs into a standard outlet it's the single sauna we paid $999 for it I can see now on the site that it's now almost $1300 that's from obvious inflation I think that's some small percentage of people get very upset sauna. My wife and I have another story we went to a company that does blinds on a national basis for windows and they told us it would be 8 weeks now at 12 weeks we're not freaking out it's just kind of the way things are these days. I think if we were to think back to the heart beat of covid we didn't get our favorite toilet paper for almost 2 years anyways anyways while we were frustrated and very much so because we wanted our sauna we got it. I choose to come together with those people that work with me regardless of what delays transpire and only sharp enough to know that there is huge supply chain issues and that all we have to do is look at the cost of gas and everything else those are all supply chain, check out my photo.

Honestly I was a little hesitate and was very frustrating with the delay however, I finally received my sauna a few weeks ago and I can honestly say it was well worth the wait! Very easy for my Husband to put together and I wasn't expecting the two cup holders, towel rack and magazine rack. The therapy lights and Bluetooth is very relaxing. I used it every day, if you can be patient with the shipping delay due to COVID-19 it will be well worth it. I love it and I'm very happy, best investment EVER!

I was impressed with the variety of products available, from crystals and incense to books and meditation tools. The store's peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel welcome and at ease, and I left feeling inspired and uplifted.

I paid handsomely for the large "Mountain Rare White Himalayan" salt lamp and got a lamp that was only partially lit, only the quarter bottom lit up and the rest was dark, VERY UNLIKE THE PHOTO on their website!

I wrote the owner and asked for him to send me a shipping label to return it, unless he could exchange it for one that looked like in the photo he advertises. Long story short, he basically told me "too bad". He treated me as if I had bought a $15 dollar trinket instead of having spent $300 PLUS, because I had also purchased another large lamp.

So much for customer service! The absolute worse ever. In fact, never have I seen such poor customer service. If you're not buying a very expensive salt room from him, you're worthless as a customer to him.

If you are hell bent on buying something from them (good luck!).
Worse experience ever! Look at the photo of the lamp he advertised and look at the photo of the lamp he sent me!

The packaging was ALSO horrible, it arrived in shambles and I feared the product would be ruined. When I told them they said the someone had quit and the person that shipped it didn't know to package properly. (Really?)

As if that wasn't bad enough, upgraded dimmer switch and lightbulbs were also missing!

The salt lamp I finally received has a corroded rust covered plug in, the rock shifts and doesn't set flush with the small wooden stand it's half screwed to. The whole lamp itself rocks when setting on a flat surface. The black power cord has split openings & cuts in it. Two bulbs were sent (which I thought was nice) but neither worked. The lamp doesn't light up even after purchasing new bulbs. The packaging was not enough to protect the lamp. Box was in a thin paper/plastic type mailer. This may be why the unit is damaged & doesn't work. It took a long time to receive this lamp & one order was lost in the mail. At this point it is not worth paying postage to return & keep hope that a new lamp will work or arrive. I will enclose a picture & video to show rocking of unbalanced lamp & some of the rust on the plug in. A tried to remove some of the rust with a paper towel. Customer service wasn't helpful or eager to help as of to date. (Took a video of the rocking, unbalanced lamp, unfortunately it will not up load).

Excellent service amazing product fast arriving just in time for the holidays or should I say the day after the holidays these products showed up it's amazing that FedEx does deliver on Saturdays for home delivery I couldn't have been happier the family was here for the holidays I picked up a salt lamp for my nephew nothing major just a medium salt lamp he loved it and it arrived the day after Christmas just right on time thanks again they did a great job

You may want to rethink buying from spiritual quest. Took 6 months to receive our "2 person" sauna.( more like single person and cheap quality at that). They wash their hands of you once they ship it out. Tried to set up a scheduled delivery from the incompetents of their 3rd party shipping company. Said I'd get a call to do that. No call, no text, no messages. The sauna that spiritual quest even specifies must have help to move just showed up at my massage therapy practice unannounced six months later. When I called SQ I was told "sorry once it's on delivery it's out of our hands. Call the shipping company" which I did several times. So the shipping company sent SQ a bill for having to redeliver my sauna because no one was available to receive the sauna that I didn't even know was coming. And the California rep from SQ had the audacity to call me and TELL me it was my fault it had to be redelivered and he was going to have to charge me for their incompetence. What an absolute joke of a company and their customer service. Also threatened that he'll send me to collections. Ha! Go ahead. My business has an impeccable reputation and credit. You'll never see another dime of my money. Do yourselves a favor and shop around for a better reputable company. You may have to spend a little more, but I would have gladly spent more to get a better quality sauna and better customer service than I did with SQ.

I love the sauna we just got it installed, we love it, thank you for making it so affordable. This is my first sauna and I do think everyone should have one as well. Georgia H. Texas

The best part about the duet is the extra 6 in and stretch out space both of them will heat up in a normal temperature room and about 20 minutes and they're both made for professional use so the last for many many years The systems come with 20 and 40 lb of Himalayan salt respectively and the Himalayan salt creates negative ions by heating up next to the heating elements The salt will help you to breathe in deeper taken more oxygen and it will give you a boost in mood and a boost in your immune system soft is also recognized by the American lung association as a suitable treatment for lung ailments so during the current pandemic it's been very important to take care of one's lungs.
