I clicked order and then decided to look at reviews. This made me extremely nervous, because this website has terrible reviews. I thought I wasn't going to get good things. HOWEVER... I was very pleasantly surprised when I received my package. I got it within 2 weeks and it is very high quality gear. I am very pleased with my products that I received.

7 days into my purchase, and haven't recieved any updates. I emailed 2 days ago, because the status of my order showed "Failed QA" on 1 item, and "Binned" on the other item. I have No idea what any of that means, so I emailed asking. Still no response. It baffles me how a company stays in business, with such poor customer service. Do yourself a favor, if you're being smart and reading reviews before purchasing from these folks. Go buy from Prep sportswear instead. Basically the same apparel, a tad more expensive, but you'll actually get what you pay for. This is BS to even have to write a review like this

I ordered a large long sleeve dri-fit men's with my schools logo as its custom emblem. However when I recieved it, they gave me a small short-sleeved shirt, where the logo had been put on very cheap and poorly.

I was initially a bit nervous after I ordered then read reviews. But upon arrival the material and School logo are excellent and is what I expected. Shipping wasn't too bad length wise. I only paid something like 5.99 for S&H anyway. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a hat from this website, it took longer than expected to arrive. The quality of stitching was terrible and the hat was the wrong color. After their customer service team acknowledged their mistake, they sent me the exact same thing, then acknowledged their mistake AGAIN, but refused to do anything about it. Save your time and money and don't waste it embarrassing customer service from preps sports. This company is incredibly unprofessional

Ordered our HS hooded sweatshirt with my name on back. Name is SO high on the sweatshirt, you only see if wearing the hood. Lettering actually touches the shoulder seams - after complaining was told by Spirit shop that is how names are supposed to be?!?!

The Spirit Shop likes to hide their small print. If you order an item and select expedited shipping, you don't actually get the item shipped quickly. Their small print states that once you place an order, production begins and you can no longer cancel or change an order. I ordered a sweatshirt and paid $30.00 for 2 day shipping but it takes them 5 days to make the sweatshirt so you won't actually receive the item any time sooner. Even though I reached out 24 hours after placing the order, they would not cancel the order. So make sure you really want the item because this is the only on-line store that will not accept returns or cancellations. Ridiculous!

I wish I had checked reviews before I ordered from these people. Do NOT purchase anything from this company Spirit Shop - Custom Apparel Stores. The workmanship is cheap and shoddy. I ordered two hats. They came with embroidery "backing" (see attached photo). This wasn't a huge deal breaker for the pom pom hat b/c it folds over. However, the beanie I ordered for my husband has uncomfortable embroidery backing that will sit on his forehead. I contacted the company (see below) and was told to trim it. Uh... isn't that what I paid YOU to do?

Hello,

Embroidery backing is used because it stabilizes the fabric so it doesn't bunch up when stitched. You may trim it if you wish, but this isn't something we would replace or refund as there is no error.

Do not order from this company they will not allow you to cancel your order, even when its still processing. The sizing chart is way off. And they only reply to about a third of their messages and their phone number goes straight to voicemail. I asked to cancel my order before it was processed.

Don't order from this store! What a rip off! I ordered a jersey to wear at my son's football games. Took a month to receive. They didn't send what I ordered. My son's team is Ahwahnee Warriors. I ordered a jersey that said "Ahwahnee Warriors" they sent a terrible quality jersey with an Indian head on it. The school did away with that years ago for obvious reasons (and that style wasnt even available on the website so I cant imagine why it was sent), and it did not feel right to wear it. I complained and I was told they would send the correct jersey. A month later I ask where my order is because there is only 2 weeks left in the football season. They said... sorry the jersey you ordered was out of stock and we sent you an email letting you know (they didn't) would you like something else in its place? I sent a photo of a jersey for the team he will be playing for next year... since it's obviously too late for this year. They responded... oh the original style you ordered is back in stock and will be shipped. I'm assuming I'll never get anything. And I don't understand how it could have been out of stock since they claim to custom make each order. And the jersey I received was the jersey I wanted, just with the wrong screen printing on it. So frustrating! I'll just write that off as a loss and purchase from somewhere else for next year!

Please do not buy anything from this company. You will NOT get what you ordered, I can promise you that. The picture of the blanket I ordered was totally different than what I received. When I complained about this to their customer service dept, I was told that they don't accept returns. They offered me 50% off another item, and said I could keep the original… that I already paid for…
This company is a joke. Do NOT waste your time or hard earned money!
If you look reeeeeeeeally hard, squint your eyes if you have to, you can see the logo they put on the corner of the blanket.
Side note; the fleece blanket is garbage and see-through.

Their products are such low qualities. Don't waste your money. Buy your tshirt/hoodie, etc at your school bookstore or ASB store.

I made a big mistake, by not reading the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a sweatshirt in my size, when it arrived I couldn't get it over my head. I sent email, their reply was no returns or offer exchange, they did offer me to reorder with another size for 50% off, and pay 50% of shipping. I already paid for my order which was all most $50.00, why would any idiot think that I would trust that company again. They are nothing but a rip off, take your money and then do nothing, except wanting to take more. NEVER order from this company.

Do not buy from this company absolute worst customer service and business quality. Buyer beware stay away.

We'll two weeks ago I ordered one sweatshirt and one womens long sleeve top. Haven't received yet. Directly after ordering that I ordered a winter hat. That I received within days and looks great but by the reviews I'm reading now I should have never ordered the shirts. I used debit so that money maybe gone. I definitely have to learn to read reviews and alert my school not to use or give out this website as a place to get school swag.

I bought from SpiritShop because it had this really nice hoodie design I liked. It's pretty cool how they have a bunch of different designs and you can upload your design. Anyways, after I bought it. I checked the reviews on SiteJabber and things weren't looking swell. They sent me an email saying they shipped it out with the tracking number but it was stuck at "Label Created"

I emailed them and asked them if they could update the tracking and they responded in 5 hours and we got everything fixed in the span of two emails! I ordered the hoodie on the 18th of August and received it on August 26th! As for the hoodie, it's really comfy and the inside is fluffy! Many people had different experiences but I'll let you know from my point of view, this was a great purchase!

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! I don't even now where to start... After receiving my order I noticed the items was not to my liking and very Cheaply made, The lettering was not the color I requested also the T-shirts are very poor quality. So, I immediately reach out by email, As they don't have a proper Customer Service Number for to handle such issues like this when dealing with a dissatisfied customer. After going back and forth by email for the last 72 hours and sending multiple pictures and continuedly repeating myself over and over again nothing was done but a refund of ONE ITEM and was told to please allow 5-7 days business days for my refund of only $19.00 to reflect into my account. Instead of letting me return all of the items so they can see why I was not pleased with their company and giving a FULL refund I guess that's to much like RIGHT! WELL, THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!

Do not order anything from this website in the color navy as their navy looks more like faded black. The quality of the shirt is also poor. Although customer service responded quickly offering me a "lighter color blue" my daughter's school colors are navy and white not royal blue and white. Oh and they don't offer refunds so do you research before placing an order through this site.

Their sizing chart is completely inaccurate. Like not even close to what they say. I'm so disappointed, I placed an order that arrived extremely fast, but is WAAAAAY to SMALL. I emailed them days ago because this is wrong. It should be accurate. I wasted $40! They have not responded at all, bit after reading their reviews now I'm sure they've won't. Horrible company to order from apparently. I wish I had read their reviews first. The item isn't quality either. Generic. Don't waste your money. Buy from a reputable company.
