PLEASE save your money and your time. The website is absolutely fraudulent with blurry, copyrighted images. There is no way sneakers that sell out within seconds is going to be sold at the same price on a website like this. It states clearly on their website:

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations must be received no later than 12 pm PST by telephone on the first business day after placing the order.

Ex. You place your order at 8pm on Thursday. In order to cancel, you must call before 12pm on Thursday to cancel. If you order at 9am on Tuesday, you must call to before 12pm on the same day, Tuesday, to cancel.

HOWEVER, they couldn't cancel my order a couple hours after being placed. You might be thinking well it says you need to call the "next business day after" yet the example states if you order 8pm on thursday you have to cancel before 12 pm on thursday.

Not to mention their phone number has only 3 options, customer service, sales, or operator, and they all send you to the same place! The customer service representatives are terrible and horrible when it comes to getting anything done, mind you they didn't get anything done. They have no idea what is even stated on their website. The shoes are all fake not to mention.

SAVE YOUR TIME, save your MONEY and ENERGY.

Horrible horrible people and website! The lady also said that my order was shipped out an hour after it was purchased. Which would have possibly been believable if it coincided with their fact they stated an email would be sent when my order was shipped, and honey if you think that means your getting an email hours after, it isn't true because everything is electronically scanned when shipped with automated emails on a LEGIT website.

Shoe websites do NOT have a grey area, but this has red flags written all over it. Apparently I have to wait until my order is at my doorstep, refuse it to be shipped back, which isn't even possible, and then demand a refund which based off of other reviews will take at least a month to receive back.

It really doesn't get any worse than this.

P.S. The "good" reviews are people that were paid, or people working for the company, also when I was on the phone with "customer service" there were women laughing in the background.

I was patiently waiting on my REFUND before writing this review,, worrying i wouldn't recieve it after i put their $#*! on blast! I was estatic when i found a shoe i needed for a wedding&i ordered the shoe but the wrong size came. I was very disappointed&when i called the customer service rep (which must be only1) she was very non chalant. I told her i NEEDED the shoe for a wedding comin quickly&she assured me it was a sku problem&once I RETURNED the shoe i could reorder&get expedited shipping in time for the wedding. Ok,, i did that and i b damned the wrong size came again&when i called that same damn lady picked up&was talkn to me as if i did something wrong. Wtf? And now,, the shoe i needed was outta stock,, but them dummies sent me the wrong shoe TWICE. And all they did was offer me a 20% coupon. Wtf? They can stick that coupon deep off in their $#*!. They have stressed me the f**k out. And had no remorse. Oh and by the way i compared my shoe to everyone elses shoe who ordered directly from NIKE and my shoe was missing some of the smallest things one wouldn't notice if it wasn't something you would be looking for which said to me,, non authenticity. I would think twice bout ordering from this company. I rate them 2 thumbs down #Signed #Sealed #Delivered

For all those who are skeptical of purchasing or doing business with Sneakerhead.com. Please read this!

At first I was a little leary (after reading the bad reviews) of purchasing my Jordan Retro 5 sneakers from this site but I am so happy I did. I just received my sneakers from Sneakerhead.com 10/26/2016 via UPS. I purchased them with my PayPal account and paid a little extra for 2 day air shipping. Shipping was super fast! The shoes were brand new with the original box.

Called customer service beforehand just to make sure that they did indeed receive my payment. The customer service rep was a little snappy at first but that's okay she was much nicer before we ended the call.

All and all, Sneakerhead.com is in fact a legit website. I would definitely buy from them again!

Hope this review helps those who are skeptical to make a solid decision. Just remember, there is no perfect transaction and you definitely get what you pay for:)

Placed an order 9/12/16. Called today, 9/16/16, because I hadn't received any shipping information. I was told that the merchandise was damaged, and they were waiting for a replacement, which they found out today, was not available. I called at 3pm. I guess I would still be waiting if I hadn't called. I should've been notified when they discovered that the original item was damaged, and there would be a delay. First time customer, will never be a customer again. The reverse of charges will take anywhere from 48 hrs to a week.

Avoid this company! I went out on a limb and decided to buy a pair shoes from this company. My mistake! After 10 days, my order still showed "In progress" status. I emailed them... no response. I called them and was finally told that my order was being cancelled and a refund was needed. No reason as to why until I continue to ask for justification. Apparently their shipment did not come in. What does that mean? Horrible customer service and no follow through on making it right. In any case, I would avoid buying from this company unless you want a painful and disappointing ride in shoe buying.

I ordered a pair of Nike air max ltd 3 and it was shipped in a reasonable time ( about 5 days). So my husbamd was smiling from ear to ear when he opened the Nike box to see his white/grey/black sneakers. To our amazement and disappointment The sneakers were creased, had stains all around them with some kind of hard sticky substance. Pissed was not the word! I called and a representative tried to give me the run around in regards to a refund. She was giving me lip about sending a picture and deliberating in the next 3 days with her supervisor and making a decision and... so on and so forth. She basically said it would take me a month for my refund and tried to talk me into an exchange instead. Should of did more careful digging before shopping with this fraudulent website "sneakerhead". Could not take the hassle any longer. But I guess you get what you pay for. Never again. I give this company a " D" for deception or rather an "F" for fraudulent.

Ordered size 11US shoes and received 11UK. Sneakerhead were not willing to aknowledge a mistake on their end and supply a return shipping label. As an international customer it would cost me the price of the shoes just to send them back. Will not be buying from them again and i do not recommend them to anyone as they lack the ability to distinguish between US and UK sizes.

All customer service emails are generic copy and pasted replies saying how sorry they are but without doing anything to resolve the issue.
