I purchased 2 Raz vapes online to be shipped to me and never received the package. I followed the tracking number that said it was delivered at 2 however, I waited the whole day from morning until evening and nothing was delivered to my residence.

My order was processed and shipped quickly, and I received exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

Sold me fake or expired vapes and won't respond to my emails. I've been using these vapes for years and know what they should taste like. These have no flavor to them and the company is ghosting me. Going to be contacting my bank to report the charge because this company does not care about customer support.

So far I love these wavetec vapes. I think I did get shorted 1 unit but I'm hoping the customer service department will make it right. Overall a really good deal! I was going to put 4 star just because of missing item but even with that they still deserve 5 stars since I'm pretty sure they will fix the mistake once they get my email.

I still haven't received my package. I think it might have been delivered to the wrong address because I was notified that it was delivered.

I have always had a great experience with smok city. Items have always arrived quicker than expected. Unfortunately, I tried these new vapes and definitely should not have. I ordered 4 different flavors and probably won't use them. The only one that is decent is the one that I expected to like the least. But I have no negative feelings on smok city.

I was very impressed with all the products Smok City carries. Super happy they carried Pop disposable vapes. Not many smoke shops carry them. I used to order through another company but they had a shipping limit of $60 and Smok City let me order a minimum of $40 you. My order arrived sooner than expected. Very satisfied customer

I ordered on a Tuesday. They called me cause they ran out of the flavor I wanted and I picked and even better one. Get this, the box was on my porch the next day.

I ordered juul basic kit and menthol pods and it was excellent genuine juul and I got it just in couple days without paying for shipping. It's cheap, authenticated and arrives in couple days. Best place to get juul.

I am thankful I'm able to purchase from my home away from home since moving here to NC. I was 8 minutes from the Philly bridge and would go to Phillips get vapes and go back home to Jersey. Jersey also Carry's bud vapes but smoke city has more flavors. I'll keep buying them as long as I'm living here I can't be without! I contacted customer service the day I received my incorrect order and no one ever followed up. It's been a week.

I ordered my two vape pens like a week and a half ago, but you still haven't sent the products to me! I will be requesting a full refund shortly if I don't receive my goods

I paid for expedited shipping on 6/28 and I have yet to receive my order.

Honestly at first i thought it was a little too much money but when I ordered the vape pen it came the next day & they said the shipping takes I think 7-12 business days i could be wrong, but it was extremely fast also mine has 5000 puffs so I know it was worth it & i know for a fact this will last me a few months I DEFINITELY recommend shopping with smokecity they are THE BEST OF THE BEST!
