I ordered a package on January 7th, and I haven't received anything as of today, February 18th. Never in my life have I waited for a package this long, not even from CHINA. Mind you, I'm in Mexico, which is a few hour flight from the USA. I contacted Customer Service several times and all they said was 'you have to wait' or 'next time, better order with DHL express', not once have they offered to send a new package or to refund my money. Their website says you have to allow 10 business days for delivery days. Then Ken from Customer Service told me it is 21 days. Updates from some sketchy delivery carrier has been 'out for delivery' since February 6th, so that's almost 2 weeks now. SKIMS does not bother to contact the Carrier, as they're doing business with them. My advice: If you can't keep your promises, adjust your promises on your website, or find another carrier that will deliver the package for you, because this might not be your direct fault, it's your name attached and it's not a good look. At least if you fck up, have your service staff educated on a good customer service level so a paying client will still be happy after a let-down.
I asked for my refund today, but judging by the reviews on this website, that will be a whole new battle in itself.
Unfortunately, I expected a LOT better service, especially from a worldwide known brand and with such a big celebrity name attached to it. AliExpress has better customer service and refunds within hours..
MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE RIGHT SIZE. IF YOU RETURN THEY TAKE OUT $15.00 AFTER PAYING $40.00 FOR SHAPEWARE. I HATE TO SEE THE EXPENSIVE ONES WHAT THEY TAKE OUT. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. HORRIBLE AND TO MUCH RESTOCKING FEE.

"They failed to deliver my item and canceled it on the very day it was supposed to arrive, leaving me completely stranded on my wedding day. This level of unreliability is unacceptable. Their lack of support has truly ruined what was meant to be one of the most important days of my life. Completely untrustworthy and highly disappointing.
Made this purchase because it sounded to good to be true. Turns out it was worst than a lie, the product was so bad I felt I had been scammed. Bought a pair of panties that were so bad I felt I could have gotten better quality at a dollar store. One side was smaller than the other, just poorly constructed. After reading how bad their customer service is I didn't bother to try to return. Wrote this review to try to save someone else from wasting their money 😢

I ordered from skims had to return its been a month now and no refund that don't have customer service so you can talk to someone just a # to text that keeps giving me the same generated message I will never buy from them again there's better products out there that actually take care of there customer.
Quality was below average and fit was very poor. My typical underwear size is large and I ordered medium because reviews said they run large. They stretched out within an hour (unheard of for microfiber stretchy fabric!) and were shapeless and all over the place. Because they were underwear, I had to throw a $20 pair in the trash after one wear. I returned everything else in my order because the fit was terrible for everything. I was also charged a fee for returns, all because THEIR sizing was terrible and far larger than industry norms. Tons of money wasted for nothing. I'm out about $40 for shipping, trashed undies and loss of the discount for buying 3 pairs, with nothing to show for it.
To top it off, you can't leave a review! My guess is, they only invite a review if they know you love the product. Most reviews are positive. Horribly deceptive and fraudulent to censor negative reviews.
I received two last night from their sale. They are beautiful and the material is so soft and stretchy. The shirts appear well- made. My review is for their sizing. It is way off. For ref I am 5'4"and 108 pounds. I read many reviews before ordering. I am a small. Based on reviews, they run pretty small. I actually ordered X LARGE which was so funny to me. Well, they are a normal size small. No way are they an XL. I am lucky i can even wear them, as i believe theyre a Small. I think a heavier woman should not buy this product, it will not fit.
I just received them, have wanted to try any of the boxers for a long time. I did read reviews first, which led me to believe I should go up one size. Glad I listened. I am always a Small in everything. I'm 5'4" and 110 pounds, for reference. I bought MEDIUM cotton boxers and they are a perfect fit! Small Wouk's have been to small. I also got the matching cotton rib tank but in a Small, using their size chart, and it's fine. I'm 32 C on top.
I was expecting soft, well made comfortable under clothing and pjs, loungewear. Truth: the pricey 3-pack of ribbed boxers (M) are very uncomfortable - garbage! The back has a big wad of labels that you need to cut out, the waist band is not just wide, it is thick and scratchy edges on the seam to the thin fabric and at the top, the cotton material feels plastic & warm - just awful! The soft lounge ribbed pjs (short sleeve button shirt and shorts) seem soft to touch but feel like plastic on and the fabric drapes in a heavy way - not comfortable at all! Again the elastic band in the shorts is wide and uncomfortable! Very disappointed! Sizing advice you can't count on at all on the website - how on earth can the company not get this right - it's your product?! Not sure how a measurement 29 band and 33 chest fall out of the xs triangle bralette - chest band is way too tight! The longline bralettes (bought 3) are also too tight and the tall ridge structures on the sides are awful going towards the armpit! If I could post a review/feedback on the site I would but I can't find a way to. Take your money elsewhere and get something actually nice for yourself.
I spend 1 hour of my day buying over 500$ worth of skims. Paid the extra 10$ for shipping. It was supposed to arrive 5 to 7 business.
Three weeks later I hear nothing so I write to them they apologize and refund me the $10 I write back and ask them. When am I getting my order? They cancelled my order and tell me they're going to refund me what kind of $#*! company is that? ******* customer service. Considering they make their clothes for 2 to 3 dollars each they should've sent me the whole order for free and apologized. That's what loyal customer service is. Is that what happens when you get to Rich?

I emailed customer service the person was super sweet but it's now December 7th and still No Bra for the amount of money I spent this is crazy! I emailed them as of 12/6/23 it still has not shipped from the company to me! Crazy

After getting 5 items, I immediately put the other 4 back in the bag, and tried to return the very same day. Virtually no customer service whatsoever! Unable to reach anyone on the phone, the website portal does not allow the return and I tried several times. I finally emailed the company and received a generic response from someone who definitely did NOT even bother to read my email before writing her reply. Thanks for nothing Julia! After a third and final email I reached out to my CC Company to handle it. Seriously...just fix your website and answer your calls! For a company as big as Skims, it's not rocket science! I have tried other products that are Far Superior to Skims. I don't get the hype at all!
The fabric on the SKIMS PERFORMANCE HIGH-WAISTED BIKE SHORT are cheap and uncomfortable. Also no return option on these so i wore them since they were $98. Within 10 minutes I could not take how uncomfortable the fabric was I had to change. Dont waste your money on the bike shorts. I do however, love the SOFT SMOOTHING SEAMLESS BRALETTE
I ordered on January 29th. Payment processed immediately, order did not ship for over a week. On February 9th ( after many inquires via email about my order & "tracking") I get an email my order has been refunded.
Zero customer service in my opinion. The company claim is for some reason the order was sent back to their warehouse and they don't reship. I was home every day, I have a ring camera & there was never an attempt to deliver my package. Skims did not ship the items out & then cancelled and refunded my order. Would not recommend this company.in my opinion they definitely owed me the refund for the wait, a good company would have ALSO SENT THE ORDER NEXT DAY AIR THWIR EXPENSE.
Horrible! I'm so disappointed! I order a small jumpsuit (I'm always a size small) and I couldn't zip it up! I tried returning or exchanging it for a bigger size and customer service said their warehouse isn't set up for returns or exchanges and there's nothing they could do! What a joke! I've never had this poor of an experience with an online store, I feel like I've been ripped off!
