Skillshare is truly amazing. I first tried a free trial thinking I will stop it after the first month; I even set a reminder on my phone so that I don't forget! But after just a few days of using it I was hooked. I managed to make my own website within just a few weeks of starting out (and I even had a full time job taking up most of my time). This is just an honest review; I don't get anything from Skillshare by saying this. Just sign up for the trial and see for yourself!

I highly recommend SkillShare as it has lots of courses in different

I've cancel my membership and tried to change the expire date but it won't let me. Please, i won't ask for any refund, i just wanted skillshare to stop taking the money from my credit card, i'm not a rich person and skillshare taking my money is just making me very sad, i'm only a teenager and skillshare taking money from my dad's credit card is making my family go down hill so please just stop.

It would be great if skillshare would refund the money it takes from my family when i cancel the membership

They say the devil is in the detail(s) which is only sought out after the fact. I sought out a membership in Skillshare. A year went by and I forgot about it. I never used it and did not recall nor seek any info about its policy. A year and a day pass and i get an email that my auto-renew went through. There was no email warning me that $168 was to be charged to my credit card. No chance of me to stop it. I immediately contacted the company. The emailed response was quick & clear. Too bad, so sad. You're stuck for a whole year. There is no chance of a refund - even if one day goes by. I never used the service and am stuck for a whole year. How can they get away with that? There's no chance to opt-out if there's no advance notice. It's to the company's benefit NOT to give anyone advanced notice. Those of us who remember an earlier, ethical model of doing business see that the customer rip-off. Upon further research, the company has also insulated itself from legal suits against this practice akin to robbery by automatically adding each customer sign-up as an agreement not to go after them for this practice. How can this be legally tolerated? If a company can be this underhanded, shrug off a defense blaming the customer for a non-receipt of a warning, and bill them with no possibility of a refund, just how ethical is that company?

Kindly refund my premium membership amount, I was not sent any notification about end of my trial period, pls pls refund back my premium membership amount which was deducted today which I had no idea, I have hardly used this website even after signing up for trial period. Request you to kindly refund back my amount or else customers like me will never ever go online to buy or trust any application to try anything. Request you to kindly refund back my amount at the earliest for no usage.

I took multiple courses in photography, videography, drawing, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premier, branding, logo designing, sales, marketing. The trainers were all very good, training materials were all useful, comprehensive and deep enough to bring me to a higher level of understanding. I could learn even from such topics which I practice on a regular or even daily basis. So I can highly recommend this to everyone.

Regarding the app, it is well thought out. It is intuitive, straightforward and works great even offline. I use it every week, mostly while traveling and flying. I had no issues ever.

PS: About negative tones: As a user, I do not understand the negative ratings. I used it free for 2 months and continued to use it, because the lectures were so great. Comparing what you can learn, from whom, and in what an easy and brilliant way makes 100 USD for a year my best educational investment.

October 2016 i signed up for 0.99 cents 3 months membership, watch some courses to see the quality of videos and teaching methods, It's OK. But cancelled my membership after a week to avoid further charges to my account. December 25, woke up this morning, read my phone's notifications, when suddenly i was billed for 96 dollars from their site! I was like "Is this for real?" I wrote them an email but upon reading other complaints on the internet i don't really expect them to make a reply to my query. So there you have it, my hard earned 96 dollars flew away just like that. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS WEBSITE. Man, I was really infuriated this morning. They've won the "DoucheBags of the Year" this year for me.

Like many others, I only signed up for the free trial. And then out of nowhere, without a warning, they charged me $99 for an annual membership instead of blocking off contents like most other services out there. To put a cherry on top, there is no option to disable auto payment unless you fully cancel the payed membership that gives you access to the contents you paid for (which I'm guessing they're hoping us to keep and most likely, forget about the next unforeseen backstab). This is literally one of the scummiest business practices I've ever witnessed. Money well spent..
