I returned a pair of shoes as per Skechers return policy. I have tracking verification that they were signed for by a Skechers employee. I have not received my refund. Customer service is non existent. They don't answer emails or phone calls. I will have to go through a charge back on my credit card. Don't buy anything from Skechers Canada!

Ordered 2 pair of shoes on line they sent them to the wrong address I notified them of that and they asked for my correct address I gave it to them and have not heard back from them it's been over a month plus they never credited my account.
I called there customer service line 3 times waited first time 20 minutes then 45 the 30 never answered.
Horrible customer service there is none,

Won't refund me
August 19, 2022

I purchased a pair of size 9.5 shoes. Somehow they were changed to a 5, even though I checked my order repeatedly. I got the run around while ringing Skechers and eventually got a return label. Sent the shoes back approximately two weeks ago. No refund from Skechers. I am very disappointed and angry that they would keep my money. The shoes were signed for, so I know they received them. I won't buy Skechers again.

Lowered quality

I have loved these shoes for the last few years. After about 18 months of daily use, I retire my old pair to the garden and buy a new pair exactly the same.
After only a few months, my latest pair began to deteriorate. After six months, they look much older than my old pair.
It seems obvious, to me, that Skechers quality has declined. I will have to find a new brand.

I bought a pair of slip ones in October which were manufactured in May of the same year, 2022. The pull that is used to pull the sneaker on has separated at the stitch. Even though there are three lines of stitch, the poorly managed manufacturing process allowed the pull to separate. Not only is it attached poorly, but the loop for the pull is too narrow to fit an adult's finger. How stupid. These slip on sneakers are targeted for adults and the handicapped. Why would they make the loop so narrow and why would they only run one line of stitch where something like this is used every time you put the shoe on. This feature should have been made with a robust stitch(s)to accommodate the stress imposed by putting the sneaker on. Skechers will not be responsible for their product and will never but this brand again. If you do buy these be very careful with the pull as it will seperate or don't use it at all.

Shoes Junk

2 months of wear and big flappy sole starts to come up and actually Falls off somewhere from my desk to my car. I was going to crazy glue it but seriously who should have to do that anyway? Crappy build. You are better off buying something solid for a little more money than buying new shoes every 2 months. Wrote to sketchers. Complained. Sent photos. They did respond. Said No, not eligible for a refund because shoes do degrade over time! After 8 weeks? P. L. E. A. S. E.

Have had, on numerous occasions, the front and sole of my Skechers('dual lite' and 'go walk') suddenly 'stick' to the floor as I'm walking, causing me to lunge forward. It's usually my right foot and it's happened so suddenly it caused a complete loss of balance. The most recent was an extremely bad fall at LaGuardia Airport, which resulted in shoulder replacement surgery.

It only seems to happen on hard, clean and polished floors like the ones found in airports and supermarkets. The front material and the soles just seem way too 'grippy.' Initially thought it was my clumsiness but it started to happen so often - only in Skechers - I decided to Google and found many other people have had the same experience in Skechers.

While I've always loved how comfortable and light my Skechers are, can no longer recommend them. Would love to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience walking with Skechers.

I wish i could do zero
bought shoes from chatswood store sydney for my wife.she was wear it and felt rash on top of her feet we thought maybe its small back to store and changed to bigger size and she was wearing with socks after 4 hours she sent home from work and her skin came off also the color of shoes changed in one day we backed to store to refund and never back to skeechers they've been very rude and didn't accept refund because $#*! policy even head office useless.i strongly recommend don't ever shop from skeechers.

Skechers ordering on this website is ridiculous. I completed an order on two different occasions only to be emailed days later that they were out of stock, and my order is cancelled. No one in customer service responds to emails. Why are they saying in stock on website if they don't have the stock? Disappointing and frustrating. America!

So I ordered a pair of sneakers offline it says it takes two to seven days for delivery then it comes back and says it takes two to three business days for them to ship out went into the store in New Bedford Mass was profiled because I'm a person of color the cashier was rude I asked him a question he played games with me and I finally said I'm sorry you're having a bad day so I'm thinking all the stores I like that they have no people of color working in any of their stores

They have a plain 2-year warranty. I spent over 10 dollars shipping to return a broken flip flop which happened only one year of purchase. But they refused to send me a replacement. They argued in used it too hard. The flip-flop is for people wearing not for shelving.
Now my another pair need to be replaced but I decided not buy skycher's again

Bought my first pair of Skechers Shoes on 4/9/22 for $96.06. Within the first month, the sole on both shoes started coming off. I tried contacting Sketchers customer service by email with no response. Very unhappy with my purchase and would not recommend Skechers Shoes to anyone.

My tennis shoes and sandals they felt so so comfortable in the shop. Having walked a few days in each pair I find one shoe rubs terribly on the right side under the arch bone leaving a horrible stiff like pain where I limp!
On closer inspection I find the outside edges of the shoes are asymmetrical with the left about 5 millimeters higher than the right. This is the cause of the problem. Both shoes are going back today for a full refund! Don't wear these as they are harmful to your feet

Forget buying from Canada

If you buy from Canada in the Canadian website it will take the same amount of time as if you had to go pick them up yourself driving in car for thousands of KM. It is ridiculous. The 14 business days arent real. It takes them way more time to ship. Forget buying from them online, worst shipping service.

Went to the Skechers outlet store where the team of gals (Janette, Alyssa, etc.) helped me find the perfect shoes for walking! Since it was buy one and get 2nd 50% off, I bought two pair. Enjoying my Go Walk comfort shoes and my everyday shoes. Thank you gals for all your help!

MY LAST TWO SKECHERS PURCHASES HAVE BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST.
SENT THE FIRST PAIR BACK TO AMAZON AFTER A FEW WEEKS AND NOW MY OTHER PAIR HAS THE SAME ISSUE. I SENT PICTURES OF THEM AND EVERYTHING ELSE THEY ASKED FOR ONLY
TO GET AN EMAIL SAYING THAT I HAVE TO RETURN THEM FOR FURTHER INSPECTION ON MY DIME WITH A TURNAROUND TIME OF 5-6 WEEKS AND IF AND ONLY IF THEY DECIDE THEY'RE DEFECTIVE. I TOLD THEM TO STICK THAT PROGRAM UP THEIR WAZOO PLUS SOME OTHER CHOICE COMMENTS. WTF SKECHERS YOU KNOW YOU HAVE AN ISSUE BUT PREFER TO JACK YOUR CUSTOMERS AROUND. KARMA IS A $#*! BUT BAD KARMA WILL GET YOU IN THE END..

Had our of the best experiences with sales associate. Christian! He was so very helpful, welcoming and more than accommodating. Hr advised me that I was eligible for a corporate discount due to my current employer, and I had no idea! He saved me a great deal by going above and beyond. I was thrilled and extremely grateful. If ypur in Houston go to the Copperfield store and ask for Christian, he likely the one smiling and willing to help. All of the staff here is great, but Christian is golden!

I tried for four days to get to speak with someone in customer support for an hour a day. No one ever answered! I called the Skechers store they were as lost as me... no help at all. If you believe that they will stand behind what they selll... YOU ARE A FOOL!
I will never buy from them again.

Fraud and theft

Their shoes are horrible. I kept losing my balance while trying to stand still not to mention when I return them they claim they gave my money back and then e gift card which I never asked for. There is no egift card number one and number two there is no way to get them to give you your money back. Just report it to the Better Business Bureau like I am. They are thieves and nothing else but scammers! Buyer beware
