The type, wording, and instructions are very easy for me to comprehend.I was chasing a P0113, Air Intake Temp Sensor for longer than I want to admit, using a handful of the same sensors I grabbed while at the auto salvage yard, none of them worked. I bought $13.00 one online, it didn't work, I went to the stealership and they wanted $100 for the part, no way, so I researched who was the OEM for that part and it's NTK. I then found that Sixty Auto was an authorized dealer with a much more realistic price.
My suggestion for improved service would be a notification of when the item is shipped be sent to the purchaser.
Conveniently saw on Google and made purchase. Was new to website. Since this order went well, will shop with them more. Hopefully, they will have upcoming promos for my Honda civic. I also have a Nissan 350z that I shop for.

The parts they sell claim to fit but don't and their shipping service take way too long
I never received the spark plugs that I ordered. I let their "customer service" know and all they kept telling me was what was on the tracking. It shows delivered by Amazon with no delivery picture, I can't open a dispute with them since I ordered it directly through the sixty site. I guess my only choice is to dispute it with my credit card. I will never order from Sixty again, very poor customer service! As you can see from my hand, no spark plugs!
We apologize for any misunderstanding. While we apologize if the package was not received, we, in good faith, shipped the order to the address entered when the transaction was completed. Per the tracking, this package was delivered, and the carrier provided a picture for proof of purchase.
Hello. I order four shocks for a 1980 Jeep CJ5. I received 4 socks very quick. However, I'm installing today and notice the same numbers on each box so I'm thinking it doesn't matter front or back. But I see on 3 of the box ends a "A" and on 1 a "B". Well the B is longer. I found out since the front shock I installed was completely extended and is an A. Please let me know how I can get another B ( longer) and send back one of the A. *******796. Thank you. Harold.

Parts don't match pictures as an employee told me. Needed water pump with metal impeller... Plastic... Returning is a hassle. Go through amazon if you do want sixity parts. Sixity requires a printed, filled out return form in the returned item box.

Clarification on the 5 stars: While all 12 oil filter boxes looked fine, I did not open each box to examine the filters themselves. I don't anticipate any problems.

Bought ignition coils for my 2003 NB Miata. I was notified at every step of the delivery process, the parts looked in great condition, and their official website has cheaper prices than their amazon web store. So, I save a few dollars too. Definitely adding them to my list of vendors along with flyin miata and others.
Ordered parts online. Nice website and free shipping. Unfortunately the parts did not fit. Contacted customer service who sent a return label after advising a cost for returning items. Sent the items back per instructions and then waited, and waited and finally after 29 days from them receiving the items back (according to the Post office tracking) I called to ask what the hold was. No explanation given. Refund finally made, minus the return shipping costs after 32 days from them receiving items back. I do not feel their return policy and efficiency equals the normal return environment in today's online shopping.
I'm not sure how this happened. It's possible I accidentally picked the wrong item….but I don't think so. I entered my car as a 2015 Ford Flex. The bulbs that were sent were clearly not the correct bulbs. More importantly, the procedure to request a return is cumbersome. It's not very clear on the website other than saying "Contact Us" which is just the regular contact section of the website. When I did send the contact, I waited several days for a response.
