I was really reluctant to unlock one using the site. But somehow I got courage to risk unlocking and applied for it. In the beginning I was afraid whether the phone will be unlocked or not. But now I am fully satisfied after unlocking mine for 5C. Although the duration is longer than mentioned but the status update from SIMUnlockPro keeps me updated about the unlock status

Easy to use, phone unlocked within days. The price seemed a bit confusing but later I checked it was the correct price. This is in the T&C.

This company were so great and helpful even when there was backlog out of their hands, due to their connections they made sure my phone became priority. I'm extremely happy with the price (compared to other online and local shop prices) and I now have an unlocked phone to any network, so whether sell it on or keep it once done I will always have an accessible phone. Their customer service was always on hand and updates were sent regularly. So despite the length it took to unlock they did their best to make sure I understood the situation and constantly tried to speed it up.
