I naively ordered an iCloud unlock from this company a few days ago. According to their website it should only take up to 24 hours. That was several days ago and all it says on my account is "Order #******* processing" - no updates, no information, absolutely no details whatsoever. It took a while to find the contact form on their site so I sent them a message. So far I've yet to receive a response.

What a RIP-OFF! I wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering from this company! My advice is to STAY THE HELL AWAY!

Another thing that pisses me off is that they advertise as accepting PayPal, which I wanted to use because of their buyer protection. When you go to pay however, they only option you see is Visa/Mastercard - no PayPal. This is a clear bait and switch scam to lure in potential customers. In my case I'm out $32.50 - BUYER BEWARE!

Simple to use thus far. Hoping it's not a scam. I wish they would tell you the total cost upfront and not lead you to believe that it's only $29 then hit you with another fee to complete process.

Took around 4days to unlock my iPhone6 - didn't read anywhere that you had to pay two fees(that's why I'm giving it 4 stars) but maybe that is because I didn't read it through properly. IPhone is working perfectly- excellent. Thanks

For days I've been looking for a site that could unlock my AT&T iPhone 6. Everywhere I looked they wanted to much. I even asked my friend who works at apple and he wanted $100 bucks and it was going to take about week. So after searching and searching I found this site and went with it. I had received an email that my phone couldn't be unlocked due to it being financed. I was hesitant on doing the premium service from thoughts of it being a scam. It seemed to easy. Since the unlock service doesn't offer a refund, I took the risk. Anxiously awaiting, a week later I got an email; I grabbed the phone & popped a Verizon SIM card in it & was jumping with joy!
