I was very satisfied with my order

Unsatisfied since the colors from the proof picture wasn't the same as the products I received.

Went back and forth all day through email and they were very helpful. Called in to place my order bc I had one more question and spoke to Ren and it was immediately placed! :)

Great experience, would like to be able to ad promo code through quote. Would also like to see cleaner prints on items and a tracking email sent as soon as shipping occurs.

I ordered bookbags from the company and a lot of them had defective zippers. I called the company because this will definitely be an inconvenience for the upcoming event that we needed them for. The company asked me to send a picture of the spilt zippers. I am waiting to see what are they going to do next.

Good service

The product was decent and the price was good, but I was disappointed to see how carelessly the product was packaged. It looked like it all had just been tossed into the box causing some of the sleeves to be bent. The different colors were all mixed together and it was very time consuming to take them out and organize them all.

So far - so good - great pricing, helpful customer service and easy enough to use website!

Wish the adhesive for this product had much more 'holding' power...
