Easy peasy to place an order. I was disappointed that the day after I placed my order there was an online discount of 10% that I was told I did not qualify for. I am from Maryland and when a product goes on sale within 7 days of you purchasing it the customer is granted the discount.

More critical of the survey than the service. You ask about delivery time and product quality. Since I just placed the order, I cannot evaluate either. The ordering process and customer service were very good, as was a previous order.

Your site doesn't work very smoothly on an iPad. The alignment and sizing was off and it was difficult to do the things. I was running Safari on iPad.

Spelling was wrong but they are hopefully quickly replacing it. Proof was right...final print was wrong and misspelled. Not sure how that happens
