Due to FedEx several behind schedule it delayed my delivery over a month. Not signazon fault but makes me weary to order again.

I have been using Signazon.com for the past 3 years for our large senior volleyball players' banners. Each year I learn a little more about how to perfect the design. This year I ran into an issue because I tried something new, but Seamone, Signazon's AMAZING Rep, walked me through what was needed to improve my product. Control + arrow key... genuis! Customer Service at it's finest! The personalized attention I get each year is what keeps me coming back. Seamone checks in with me once or twice a year to see if I have any new projects coming up. I actually started looking for more things to create! Six banners are on their way this week and their patience and understanding of my need to fulfill a deadline was unbelievable. Thanks for making me look good and for helping me make Senior Night 2020 one of the most memorable nights this year! Thank you Seamone! You are the example of what customer service should be like everywhere! It's nice to work with someone who loves their job. It shows!

We needed a dummy check for our 2020 Additional Needs Scholarship recipient. We were wondering about the quality and aestetics of our design, and our curiosity was put to rest when our scholarship winner sent a selfie holidng the check - 2 days later! So I ordered 3 vinyl signs for my door, placed the order online with one of the reps helping me to make sure I get exactly what I need which is "exact die cut inside glass", got the order ($190) and it was not inside glass. I called to check what can be done and was told that it's impossible to get die cut with an inside glass option and no one in the industry is doing it anymore (not true). Asked to talk with a supervisor and was transferred to someone that could not help me. At this point I asked for money back and was told that a supervisor will contact me. After 2 days Simone called me and tried to understand from me why I need an inside glass option and claimed that I should just use the ones they sent me and install them from the outside. Did not listen to what I had to say and tried to educate me about what is good for me. Zero customer service and zero credit. DO NOT ORDER ANYING FROM THEM! So unprofessional.
