I ordered 2 bracelets in November and am now paying for some sort of membership that the credit card I used says I have to try and deal with them first. I never agreed to a membership - RIP OFF - SCAM
The bracelets are nice and sturdy. I wish they were just a little wider so you can really see the written words. Overall, it a nice buy. I purchased one for me and my best girlfriend.
I use autofill for most anything and somehow, in all the years of ordering online, this is the first time I have ever had an order that failed to have my correct address. Fem Things sends it out automatically from a warehouse in Hayden, ID and tells me that they have no control over shipments and they will issue a refund if items are received back to them. I provided all the details, the tracking information and I don't get to select what service to use for delivery of my product so even though it looks like it goes to the UPS, it may be picked up by UPS but it is then routed through USPS and they show it was returned 7 days ago. No additional details are available to me, yet Fem Things think it is my responsibility to figure out where the package went to before they will refund me. I don't think it is ethical to expect someone to pay for goods/services there are not delivered. Yet that is what Fem Things thinks. If you like doing business with zero customer service and robotic auto response, then roll the dice and order at your own risk.
Very unprofessional people, I ordered a bracelet, supposedly was buy 1 get 1,only received 1,I tried to call, left a message explaining what happened, only reply was a text,wanted me to send them proof of payment, I felt it shouldn't be up to me to get the order correct, they know what the website said, I feel that they misrepresented, now they have my cc #,according to other reviews I will need to cancel my card so they can't keep charging me, I also received a call from them!

I received the 3 stainless steel heart-shaped rings very quickly BUT I was offered a FREE ring and requested a rose gold version. I have not received this one yet.
I believe I also ordered a FAITH OVER FEAR bracelet and haven't seen that either.
I'm starting to FEAR being scammed over having FAITH in a christian-based company geared toward women.
Cute braclet but even though I have small hands and wrists, I had to pry the braclet open because the edges are so sharp it scratched my skin. Sadly, I can't give them as gifts.
I purchased from this company over a year ago and continued to get small charges on my credit card, continually called company who assured me that they would not bill again, and FINALLY had to block them from my credit card!
If I could give it less that 1 start I would... I ordered some rings from this vendor and it had a FREE TRIAL but I never received notification that I was going to start receiving a Membership FEE or when that MEMBERSHIP FEE would start. When I finally realized that they were charging me monthly I requested to have my membership cancelled and they did that but I also requested to be refunded for the 4 months of MEMBERSHIP FEES@ $19.87 be refunded. There was no response to refunding the 4 months of FEES. I will go through my charge card company and DISPUTE the charges to get them refunded if fem things won't do it. BUYER BEWARE!
I am always a little hesitant to buy things I see on Facebook after being ripped off a couple of times. But this was a positive experience. I got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner.

I love my silver and gold bracelets but I don't understand why the silver one costed alot more since they're the exact same except for color.Doesn't make any sense.

You may have brought the gold one in our deals link that we have in our social media platform and you bought the silver one in our main website which charge at it's original price.
Like others have stated, they charge you for a membership monthly. I didn't notice until I was in the hole for over $200 after I purchased a $1.99 bracelet.
I called on 12-6-2020, 12-7-2020 and 12-8-2020 and also sent SIX emails to CANCEL my order, after I felt that this was a scam and to REFUND my money to my bank account. THEY have REFUSED to acknowledge my three phone calls and six emails. When I saw all the "scam offers" I did NOT click on the order button, but left the website, but still they charged my account. HOW were they able to do that when I NEVER pushed the final button to order. NO response to my THREE phone calls, NO response to my SIX emails to cancel what they said I ordered, but which I NEVER pushed the final order button. NOT a trustworthy company. I ordered ONE item and was charged with TWO charges on my bank account. I still have NOT received my REFUND!
I received the rose gold and silver I Am Enough rings and the silver Life Is Tough But So Am I bracelet yesterday and I can't describe how excited I am to receive them! They are of very good quality and I'm anxious to get to wear them! The craftsmanship is excellent and I especially love the sentiments on them.
The shopping 'experience' was easy. I am very happy with the quality of the bracelet. I kinda wish the heart was a bit bigger but over all…I'd give you an A+

Great deals! Shopping was fun and getting a free bracelet was so nice! The only thing that wrong is, I know the bracelet is adjustable but starts very small. Should I a little bit larger.

I never finished my subscription to femme things and they keep taking 20. Out of my account though I have not ordered anything. I think femme things is a scam to steal money from people
I love the bracelets! I ordered several for gifts and I know those receiving them will love them, too. God is bigger than my problems and this little bracelet is a wonderful reminder of that.

Answer: Call them right away and tell them you do not want a membership and request a refund of monthly subscription cost!
Answer: Call your bank and cancel the transaction. Say you never rec'd the services. That's all it takes. This company is atrocious!
Answer: You can do that through the website or by calling. I would call either way to confirm your monthly subscription has been cancelled. Check your account for next month or two to make sure they have done so. On a bright note: I WAS refunded my 2nd month's subscription fee, I saw the credit when I checked my account. But I was told the first month could not be refunded - so time is of the essence!
