Very easy to buy from and the navigation is simple and intuitive. I have never had a mix up or problem with any transaction made from this store. The communication is excellent- I'm kept informed every step of the way until my items are on my doorstep. Even when my order contains certain items that must ship later (such as pre-orders), everything arrives in the timespan promised. In my experience as a customer of uglydolls.com and folkmanis.com, Shopatron is 100% reliable.

I live outside the Mainland, at Puerto Rico, a US Territory. With other websites, I had the problem that they do not ship to the Caribbean. With Shopatron, I made my purchase easely, with no hassle and my items arrived before I expected.

Ordered music books that were shipped the same day and in my hands within 4 days from across the country. Shipping was not marked up as some sites do either.

Easy to find what I was looking for and no problems to report of any kind.

After a very aggravating experience trying to procure this octopus puppet through a local toy store, it turned out that ordering directly from Folkmanis (via Shopatron) was the way to go. As both a retailer and a consumer, I have to admit I'm a fan of Shopatron. Without Shopatron, the brands I deal with would be selling directly, and I would be getting zero cut. Now, I can sell the products I have on hand (many of which would be excess inventory that I might have to discount to clear out) and also increase foot traffic thanks to in-store pickup and the many other shipment options that only Shopatron offers.
Couldn't think of another e-commerce option, honestly... And as a consumer, their customer service and intuitive order system for both regular desktop computers and mobile devices is awesome.

Customer service has been wonderful since my posting on SiteJabber. The company policy on shipping backorders (yes, they do charge for the shipping even if you've paid for shipping the rest of the order already) was explained, and the wait time for a backordered item was clarified, and I'm updating this because of that response. Evidently a backorder gets shipped to their retailers who then ship it to individual customers, hence the double shipping charge - which I still don't agree with.
The backordered item hasn't yet arrived in this country, and the wait for any backorder is 1 to 8 weeks. Perhaps that information could be made available when the item is ordered.
