Bought a woman's medium for my daughter. It showed up sizes for a 10 year old. Unfortunately never opened it until 3 days after refund period expired. They would only offer me a coupon which was the same as what was offered on the site
Never order through them.
You will wait forever for delivery. They send it UPS then turn it over to USPS mail delivery.
Dates change because of their incompetency.
I bought my sister a Cubs' suitcase in August to thank her for helping me through a difficult time. She used the suitcase for the first time in October, on a trip to Chicago no less. The handle was missing when she picked up the suitcase at the carousel. I chatted with MLB customer service and they said they'd look into it. Then they sent my sister an email stating it's outside of 30 days. 30 days! They refuse to replace the suitcase or even just the handle. Never mind that I had just spent another few hundred dollars at a Cubs' game a week prior. Loyal fan no more! Make it right MLB!
Worst possible experience! My son ordered a Baltimore Orioles sweatshirt. MLB shop sent the wrong size. The return policy stated 30 days. The customer service rep told me the item was not returnable when I stated the exact return policy found on their website. After 20-30 minutes on the phone I was finally told they would send a return label to us by email to return the item. The return order slip never arrived. Now he is stuck with an item that does not fit. NEVER buy from MLB Shop!
After buying the 3rd time and very accurate measurements. I called cust service. Was told my order would be refunded to my cc. And return fee( would be waived. (which is a scam to charge 10 bucks to return). The return process is a joke to say the least. Put on a e-gift card so you have to purchase from their $#*!ty store again. Why would I want to purchase another inaccurate fitting item after it was wrong 3 times. I will never buy here again and will review this sorry company everywhere possible. Stay far away unless u just like having ten bucks taken and wasting time shipping back several times. I don't know how they are in business. Gonna contact the AG about this return process
If you have any problems at all accessing games on your phone or pad, forget it. Worst tech people I've ever dealt with. They've got your money and they don't care. MLB has a monopoly on these games and they could care less about customer service.
I bought a low profile red sox hat a few months back. When I opened the package the hat smelled disgusting. I figured it would air out and maybe it was just the packaging. It's stills smells bad enough that I can wear it. Would never recommend purchasing from MLB Shop
I sent two items back and only got a refund for one. I called the customer service number 6 times. They answer and never actually say anything. They just hold the phone then hang up on me, every time! And live chat is a bigger waste. It's give u the same answer for every question and helps with absolutely nothing. It's useless. And now I'm out of $114 and a jersey.
Ordered two pairs of shoes. 1st pair is terrible quality and the second never arrived. Spent $200 on $#*!. No customer service, can't even get a refund on an item that never shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Cristin provided me with excellent customer service. She was able to update the package tracking information with a delivery date. It was delivered that evening. I will continue shopping at MLBshop.com.

I tried to cancel an order that I had made the night before. They website wouldn't recognize an order was ever made, and when I called customer service, they informed me I only have 30 minutes to change my mind. She said it was too far along in the processing to cancel it even though it still hasn't been shipped. What a rip-off. Now I will have to pay for shipping twice to receive, then send it back, and wait another month or so to get a refund. I will be blocking my email from this site.
Ordered a t- shirt and a jacket from mlb shop and order made it from Las Vegas to Jacksonville where I live, on the way to Jacksonville someone from mlb shop requested for item to be returned to sender... called ups and mlb shop. Both parties denied any wrong doing, upon further research I found out that ups had proof that mlb shop had requested my already purchased items be returned to mlb shop... but no one at mlb wants to be truthful... by far the worst customer service and retail I've ever experienced in my life... still havnt recieved refund either... this was the most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed in retail... do yourself a favor and shop for your mlb apparel somewhere else other than mlb shop... they do not care about you or your order...
Bought two ALCS championship t-shirts. Charged me $30 to be delivered next day. Of course they said there was a problem and couldn't live up to next day delivery. Never offered to refund the money they charged for next day delivery
Ordered for my wife never shipped should have delivered by now. Did not receive any e mail about processing or shipping. If I try to track it I get a error 404 page. What's going on! Very disappointed.
I ordered a reasonably priced cap, then was charged an unwanted expedited shipping fee for standard shipping. I had to dig deep to find any direct customer service, which was a live chat. It's way too much work to purchase items online from this outfit. They are POS scammers!
Ordered a Braves wine glass customized with my name (Deanna) on it and received a dirty, dingy, used glass with the name Jason. Disgusting. When I tried to call, the customer service agent was fumbling stating they were having computer issues... then all of a sudden the call was disconnected. So disgusted with this company. Will never buy anything from here again.
Every couple of years I give it a try and it does not take long to realize I have made the same bad choice once more. Bad software that evidently has never been upgraded or even had mlb even try. Bad service? So what the idiots (me) will keep on paying.
Ladies tees are very poor quality. My tee was not attached at the seam. It had holes in the fabric after the first time worn. I purchased two of them and both were poor quality. Customer Service would not send me a return label or replace or give me a credit. They spoke very kindly when I talked to them and said they would and then they never did. After five attempts still no resolution.
There sweatshirt for 65$ started peeling after 2 washes and hang drying called and they can do nothing for me at all. I will not be ordering from this company and really wonder how this company can stay afloat with such poor quality and lack of customer service.
Purchased 3 shirts and a jacket for my wife on her birthday. All items on one order. What a huge mistake. My wife wears a size medium and every item was way to small, like child size small. All items were made in Asian countries which might be the size discrepancy.
Tried to initiate the return online and they wanted me to return each item at the cost to me $9.99 each even though they were purchased together as one order.
My advise is don't not buy into their hassle free returns because it's certainly not hassle free and the consumer has to jump through hoops to make a return.
Answer: I would send it back if I were you and demand a refund. Full refund (shipping costs that you paid them too)
