I have been searching for a service that allows the shipment of goods from the US to Canada for retailers who do not ship internationally. Shipito does that and with very little markup. The various options for shipping including USPS can avoid the hefty brokerage fees and shipping methods that sellers use to ship international to Canada. They take a photo of the outside of every package received so you know what kind of condition it arrived in. I have had several packages shipped to me, often by the most economical method, which may mean without tracking and it always showed up relatively quickly. I have tried other shipping forwarding companies, and while reliable, they just do not compare to the price and options that Shipito provides. You won't be disappointed.
This is my first and self tested package forwarding company, am really over satisfied with their performance in responsiveness to post my packages, my first test package worth about 300$ arrived Nigeria today, at first I was afraid to but I saw some flaws in this reviews I read, and I just decided to try cos I had no other choice, though my packages were delayed in my country because of the election, but thank God they are here and thanks to shipito.com

But apart from that you are charged according to their online calculator, which is at your disposer to calculate buy lobes and choose your shipping service with the exact amount.
No hidden fee, only hidden to those who don't review or read the terms and condition.

Highly automated, you rarely need to speak with them and they will deliver. Consolidation services are amazing. They provide you with photo documentation of the whole process. They also work pretty fast.
Shipping rates are excellent, not sure what they had to do to get such rates from dpd:)
Been customer for many years, shopping is always smooth just don't recommend anything more complicated, such as personal shopper. The staff is not exactly the brightness stars in the universe and communication is lacking. But overall very positive experience, keep it up.
I'm a bit puzzled by all the bad reviews of this company as I've had only good experiences with them. Mostly shipping simple packages, but I'm just about to try package consolidation, so will see how they go with that!
Anyway, they've been fast, responsive and quite reasonably priced. I'm hoping that the reviews are just negative comments from competitors as it really doesn't seem warranted from my experiences with them (using them since 2009).
Shipito fortunately uses good quality boxes, hard cardboard made. Employees don't compact boxes as much as we desired, so unnecessary free space is still seen, making boxes greater and pushing shipping methods to the more expensive ones. Also, Shipito rates raised! Shipping costs are still very high. I thought Shipito would be able to negotiate better shipping rates with carriers, due to its huge shipping volume, but customers don't seem to notice it after all.
Absolutely amazing service. You will not find anything like this anywhere else. So much information provided, such good pictures and such an amazing price. It's actually as close to receiving the parcels to your house as you will ever get without having to use your actual address. I have used their service for over $30,000 worth of goods over 6 months and it has been nothing but amazing.

I doubted it at first since it was my first time using shipito and ive also read a lot of mixed reviews on sitejabber! I was so concerned i sent my package with insurance just so that if it didn't reach me, i could issue a claim. But all-in-all, im satisfied with shipito.
Hopefully i don't run into problems when i choose to use shipito again.
I have been using shipto over a year now, they are pretty good. Didn't have any loss or missing parcel coming from the US to Australia, however it would be great if the shipping prices get little bit cheaper. I have to say as well their customer service staff are very friendly and helpful. Keep it up guys.
I have had positive and negative experience. Positive - most of my parcels have reached me.
Negative - 2 parcels out of 20 got lost. Last parcel took quite long, and after being stuck at customs, after lengthy communications with local post service which provided me with a wrong tracking link, I have finally received it.
Shipito stole my smart watch and replaced it with a Santa figurine box, so that I can not recognize it from the photos they sent me (i. E. deceive me that it is the smart watch box in the Christmas wrapping). I only realized the situation when the goods were delivered. By that time, they refused all responsibility. I thank them for this expensive Christmas lesson and moving on. I hope no one will ever be cheated by this company like I was, so I am leaving this review everywhere possible to raise the awareness.
Edit: 30/1/2020 After my original review, shipito rep contacted me, reviewed the case, and said that it could be that Amazon sent a wrong item. I made a claim with Amazon and was immediately refunded under "damaged item". However, I am not sure if Amazon sent a wrong item or they just do a refund automatically (historically when I claimed they just refunded me, so 5* for Amazon). Overall, I wish the shipito's person who originally handled my claim did a better job at explaining things, so that I did not have to post negative feedbacks. I am upgrading my review score from bad (1) to neutral (3) to reflect this development.
I submitted a shipment request on 1/14. Shipito confirmed via their website and an email that the item would ship shortly. They then waited to ship the item until after my storage had expired, then waited 10 days to notify me of the delay, then attempted to extort another $20 for storage fees. I really wish I'd read more reviews about this company before working with them.
Very bad experience with their services. They would cancel your ship out request without notifying you, then charge you extended storage fee, and push the responsibility to you for not checking in to see if the shipment has been successfully sent out, as you should not trust them.
Although their terms and conditions specify that it takes them up to two working days for a shipment to be received in their system, after more than four days (of which one is a Saturday), my USPS tracked shipment still was not detected by their system. When contacting their customer support, I was only asked to wait patiently. No apologies. I still hope this is fraud, and even it is not, then their customer treatment is very far from good.
I've been with them for many many years, i have spent tens and tens of thousands of dollars with them.
They used to be convenient, reasonably quick and easy to work with.
Last 6 months not so much:
- Items get stolen. Customer support threatens to charge me 250$ for complaining about it
- Packages are extremely poorly packaged, damaged items (no compensation), and sometimes they simply will not consolidate stuff even if it fits causing hundreds of $ cost for item which should have been consolidated
- Constant system bugs as they "make it better", too numerous usability issues now to even count them all... Using shipito is... like tar these days
- Benefits keeps being removed from old time customers
- No more TNT MPS option at all (used to be far most economic)

Seems that their services suffer a lack of support attention last year. My recent package was sent back by the carrier because it took a month for Shipito employee to give me tracking #. Local representative(Russia) was completely not interested to solve my problem, so I forced to push same question over global support. They had not even made apologies for this fault (quite minor but became critical due to such delay). Very disappointed and broke all connections with the service.
Do not sign up. If you do, you will be charged monthly fees almost daily. Shipito billed me three payments same day and attempt to pull payments out of my credit card. I called my bank and reported my card as lost before they took the payments. The lowest scumbag on earth. Took me over a week to fight to remove all those payments. They don't respond to phone calls, emails, their useless ticketing systems. Off shore chat agents will lie to your face. Eventually I noticed my payments cancelled without any response what's so ever. Its hard to believe how much sitejabber getting paid by Shipito to keep sky high positive rating while all OP's here nothing good to say about them.
Started out nicely several years ago but service has been degrading consistently. Letters are rarely being scanned without repeated prodding (used to be auto-scanned on arrival), prohibited items list monstrous (they claim the carriers dictate this but the carriers' own prohibited list is MUCH shorter) so they may reject your mailout at a whim and force you to return the item to seller (if you're lucky enough to be eligible for a return), "forgetting" to refund you when they cancel an assisted purchase (still waiting for over $200,1.5 months and counting). Sales reps flat out decline any and all requests and won't let you speak to a manager. This will disappoint even the cynics.

Be aware of hidden fees. I did the mistake to trust Shipito.com and I ended up paying $ 19.30 for a 1.00 lbs (0.45 kg) 10"×7"×2" (25×18×4 cm) package shipped in the US. All this after an endless exchange of emails because their website did not worked properly. The customer assistance is very poor too.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I allegedly had a package shipped to Australia from my Shipito account which somehow managed to turn back up in my account which was returned by the carrier. There are no postage stamps on the package and only my name blacked out in black pen. When I tried to get answers they always advise to submit a support ticket which never gets you anywhere. They are now demanding further payment for my goods to be shipped. I have already paid once and won't do it again! The carrier has no record of this shipment. Has anyone thought of all of us taking class action against this company? They continue to steal people's goods and scam people into using them time and time again.
