I purchased a chainsaw from this company and the customer service was great, the chainsaw arrived really quickly and I needed to phone as I could not get it to start - no fault of the company, just my lack of mechanical knowledge. The call was answered quickly and I was talked through how to start it. It started first time. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and understanding and the whole experience from placing an order to asking and getting help was brilliant. I would definitely use this company again.

Bought an air ratchet set from SGS.
It failed after 30 seconds attached to an air line with no load. Initial response was that I needed to buy a bigger compressor. Then they suggested we should up the air pressure above their recommended operating pressure. Then they said that they could not take a return on a used product. On their site they claim to have a 60 day returns policy and a 2 year warranty. How is this a used product?
Would never use this company again.
Very happy with the 3t trolley jack from SGS, is a bit havy but is very handy to have even if you don't have a garage and you doing some diy to your car.

Ordered 2 gas struts for my car on line. Order delivered very promptly but there was a problem with one of the struts when fitted and this, of course is when you find out if a company is any good or not. SGS were excellent in resolving the problem quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Tailgate now operates like new. Very pleased and would recommend.

Top rating for SGS. Compressor delivered next day as advertised. The oil level on the compressor on setting up was well above the level advised so a couple of emails to SGS sorted situation. Replies received within a few hours or next day at the latest.
Although not a quiet machine the noise level is not excessive. This one is reasonably stable in use, not jumping around like a demented washing machine as my "old" compressor did.
