I just pruchased a game code to be able to test a game in korea. They sent the info, and it seems to be correct but you can't change the passwords on the account nor the password on the mail. Since they lock you with a second mail authentication which you need to wait 30 days to disable in which time they can cancel the request since they still have access to the account and leave you out and take the account again.
I won't be using the account at all, I'm not gonna spent a month working for them.
I'm beginning to think that this website is a sick joke, a very very bad prank.
The website suspended my account three times for no reason at all. Contacted customer support via livechat to get my account back. Got greeted with just Autobot messages. Got my account back anyway, ok no big deal.
I then try to purchase an iTunes gift card at a small amount ($15), got denied every single time it redirects back to their website. I have contacted support livechat for 3 times. Still the same messages pasted over and over by autobots.
All my info has been checked out and verified. I have waited days and days to retry payment. I have ONLY ONE payment option available (yet the bot keeps saying try another payment option). I have attempted smaller transactions. NOTHING WORKS. Payments just fail.
I will NEVER do business with this site again.

Besides, it applies a payment limit, new user limits tend to be low and slightly increase as you make successful payments each time.
To have a better chance of succeeding the payment, we recommend matching your billing information with Paypal or billing information entered during checkout and attempting a smaller amount of payment.
If your payment is declined, we advise you not to try more than 3 times. Retry the payment next day or consider trying out the different payment options available.

Terrible service. I ordered 4M because i wanted to win an auction 36hours before the auction end. During that range of time i contacted them 3 times and they were saying dont worry we will deliver before 24h as our policy says.
36H i still dont have my 4M and i lost my auction.
And even with that they will not offer any compensation.

The 24 hours mentioned is an estimation time of delivery for your order. We do not guarantee the delivery time as there might have some unexpected event such as out of stock which can cause the delivery to be delayed. SEAGM doesn't provide any compensation for late delivery. However, customer can always request for a refund if the order cannot be delivered on time. Anyway, we believe that your issue had already been resolved.

Regarding the leveling service, you are advised to check the leveling details and what are the services we provided. Some of the leveling service might not include the ranking service. Thereby, the trainer might not concern on the ranking of your account but to deliver only the services you purchased.

I bought V-PRECA prepaid card when I received credit card number it had LETTERS totally different from the all numerical credit card number I should receive therefore I cannot redeem it. After contacting their obviously automated "live" Support they just keep telling me to fill a form I did but I'm pretty sure management did not check it. Sad, all they had to do was check my concern but instead they rely too much on their automatic service. If you (reader) came from google searching if this site is legit, it is 50% but if something goes wrong expect little to no help from them so I suggest avoiding this site.
Have you seen those suspicious looking Southeast Asian markets? This site is the online version of them.

I asked if they have stock for MU ORIGINS SEA in-game credit and the response was yes they have. I purchased it and 1 minute later I was told... yea you got it, OUT OF STOCK! I asked when will it be available then, they said 1-3 days. Guess what? I waited for 2 freaking weeks and I still haven't gotten my purchase. Legit and Cheap website for games. Spoke to livechat before I made a 5M AD order for Neverwinter and was told it would take 0-24 hours and how to post the items on the AH to receive my in-game AD. Took about 10 hours and were really nice. They have a good system where you can add comments onto your order and they can reply to your comments on that specific order. Overall great site. 4 Stars just because it took a while to receive the order (10 hours).

I bought two cards of their website. I was septical at first but i wanted to try it. The first two were very nice. Fast service and i got the things that i paid for. The third time it didn't went so smooth. I got multiply emails saying that i needed to verify my identity to process my order. I send my selfie and my details of payment but blurred some information like my documentnumber on my id, my information on my bankcard etc. Then i got a message back that i needed to send it again but without the blurred stuff. I asked why and got a reply that said: to protect our buyers. Yeah h*ll no. If this site wanted to check if i was a person or not this information would be more than enough. And they don't need my documentnumber to verify this. It feels like a scam to me.
