Hard to understand why after several days, after the check has cleared my account that it takes so long to receive the order!?
I used SD Bullion for my first silver purchase. I did not complete my order when I was on the site my first time and when I went back into the site I could not find my order so I placed another order AND PAID FOR IT. Today over a month later I got a bill in the mail that I owe $1476.00. I called and was told I had a chance to pay the cancellation fee of $476. But since I didn't respond to emails or 2 calls they made to me I have to pay this fee. I would pay with no problem if
FIRST, I did not call their company looking for help to find my original order to complete and the rep on the phone did not explain anything about fees and their exorbitant 50% monthly charge if it's not paid.
AND SECOND, I DID PLACE an order and PAID FOR IT so they did get a sale.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are great taking your money but horrible in explaining their policies. Again I called them to help find my order and since they couldn't seem bothered to explain or look for my order I would not recommend them at all.

Cancellation fees are calculated as 5% of the order total or $35, whichever is greater, plus any applicable market loss. The worst customer service I ever experienced.
Rude on the phone, trying to talk over customer. If you are trying to order their Random design rounds you would not get what is pictured, they send you their own SD bullion round, they will not exchange it for any other, rounds pictured are NOT in STOCK.
They will tell you that it is noted in their product description. They have IRA approved note on Random selected rounds, when you look at the pictures, while their SD Round doesn't have this note.
They will not back down to make you happy, all they care is about getting your money and forget about you. They are ruthless and greedy. I had to cancel the coin purchase, which never been shipped to me from the first place and was charged $110 restocking fee.
I was immediately asked for the credit card number, was not even given the option to pay the other way, now after reading some reviews, I figured it out why: because it is the fastest way to get hold of people's money. I was told by Jeremiah that he is doing me a huge favor by cancelling the purchase and charging me $110. I also had to call later and ask to cancel the order on my profile, because money was taken and the order was still there. Receipt for the transaction was not provided, which seems strange to me. Read their Terms and Condition BEFORE placing the order. They will charge you 5 % of the purchase price if you had to cancel. They will tell you this is common in this industry, while what is common is charging difference in price which was locked on the day of purchase and the day you cancelled, if there is a difference. They are making money on excessive or exorbitant charge of cancellation fee. I wish they would tell me how much money they lost from the day I purchased the coin to the day I cancelled it, considering the coin never been sent out and they never run out of those coins and the price of the coin actually went up on the day I cancelled. They will apologise that you feel this way, but will do nothing to correct the situation. Read reviews on gripeo website and stay away from this business, There are plenty other trusted online sellers better than this one, not sure how they keep their high BBB rating

The Design Our Choice rounds would be dependent on what is available in stock. They could be all the same or a variety. This is noted on the product page. These are an option for a very low premium new 1 oz silver round product.

Your order was cancelled due to non-payment. Cancellation fees are an industry standard. Because we operate in a live market, once an order is submitted it becomes a locked trade. Your products are moved out of our inventory and held for you, and we hedge our price based off the market price at the time you submit your order. When an order is canceled the bullion dealer takes a loss on those hedged ounces.
We hope this helps explain the policies we and other online bullion dealers have in place.

Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.

Answer: We ship fully insured via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The default shipping option would be selected by the shipping team in accordance with our insurance policies and efficiency. Most, but not all, of our orders ship with a signature required. However, you can rest assured all of our orders are fully insured. If you want to be guaranteed a signature, we do offer the ability to add it on, it would be $4.95 for the signature plus $14.95 for our expedited shipping. We offer FedEx or USPS.
