A truly great idea. There are many of us out here who miss our favorite fragrances that have been discontinued. Some are available in other sites but my experience has been that they are very old stock and are no longer what we remember. This company goes to great lengths to make their customers happy. My first option was a swing and a miss and there was no hassle to try another (it is in the works). Customer service is exceptional.
I placed my order over a week ago and had no choice but to select the $10 2-day shipping. That would be okay if they got the order out in a timely fashion but I am still waiting for the email telling me that it is on its way.
The customer service is excellent and the products are amazing. Bought two perfumes that are no longer available in the market. Scent marchers were able to replicate the smell, we will definitely order again from this site.
I've used Scentmatchers before and they never disappoint me. My daughter likes Guess original but it has been discontinued for years. Scentmatchers reproduced it perfectly and she is thrilled. Thanks so much.
The staff are very nice courteous, prompt in responding, and helping to finalize what is needed. The products, are the best, they work hard to produce very difficult to find perfume, also very skilful in producing whatever I am looking for, and whatever I wanted to be created just for me. I commend them very much. And would refer them to anyone who is so specific in what kind of perfume he likes.
The process was rather simple, however, being offered the small travel bottle during checkout, which I did add to my order, then after order was placed being offered a second bottle at half price was annoying. Would much rather just be given a list of options that I can select from all at one time and be done with it. The extra pop up offers feels a bit like a scam.
I really want Ralph Lauren hot, but I am scared it will smell nothing like its suppose to now. I don't know what to do. I was reading through all the negative reviews and seem a little confused about the website.

I've spent the past 7 years trying to find a scent I loved as much as Mary Kay's Acapela. No luck and hundreds of dollars later, I found this site. My order arrived today and I am thrilled! I have my favorite scent back! This company is amazing. If you''re missing a favorite discontinued scent see if they can provide it. You will love the results. I do!
I have to say that I had a good experience with it. I certainly understand and believe all the other reviews, but here was my experience:
Remembered favorite cologne in college was Escada Magnetism
Found out no longer available and super expensive
Bought scentmatchers version
Hated myself for not reading reviews first and shrugged shoulders having wasted 50 bucks.
Forgot about it and one week later its in my mailbox- near perfect as far as I can tell.
So again not disputing others' experiences at all, but if you're looking for a cheap alternative to 200 dollar escada magnetism, I say go for it.
They could not match my scent, which is really no big deal. However, they will not respond to my emails now. I saw several people saying the same thing on Facebook, and now they removed their community page so people can't complain. Do not buy from this company!
You should try out Scentmatchers duplicate Sinful Blue Anchor. It came in the mail delivery was fast and everyone was so good with helping me. I got what I wanted as the label on my perfume bottle. The perfume doesn't smell exactly like Sinful Blue Anchor but has it's own special sweet smell to it. It is defiantly worth the price. It last long and it just amazing. I will be buying more and more. Since I cannot get Sinful they stopped selling it. The team that creates this duplicate does a excellent job. If you love to smell good and love Sinful this would be a great place to get it. I have been buying Sinful since 2014 & every since they stopped selling I've been looking for similar and this is it. Thank you again Scentmatchers for being here to bring back our favorite perfumes. 5 * Stars.
I got my order today and I am so happy I cried. It smells just like Tender Poison by Christian Dior. My mother used to wear this fragrance. It's been 10 years since she passed away and this was like a hug from her, from the past. Thank you so much for recreating this scent for me.
I noticed my order was being shipped to the wrong address. Right street, wrong number. Tried to contact the company several times using live chat, email and phone. All I got back was a tracking number for UPS. Called them, UPS informed me that they have not picked up and to call the shipper.
Well... still trying.

Quick, easy, and straight forward system... Cool deal. I can't wait to get my hands on that bottle. I've searched for ages with no luck, but then I stumbled on to these guys and completed my order and purchase in less than a minute.
This company claims to be able to reproduce my favorite scent which is the scent of Coty Wild Musk Oil. The scent I received was total crap. It was floral and citrus, and no musk at all. I am sending it back and had better receive a refund!
Edited To Add... when I emailed the company, they replied with an address and Return Authorization number, and after sending the product back, they very quickly refunded my purchase price. So, that was good. All-in-all though, I would not deal with this company again. Even if I was only out a few bucks for shipping, the aggravation time was not worth it. Beware of this company!
I was on FB before Christmas and came across this page. They had a fantastic offer to buy 1 bottle and then get another 1/2 price. I have always loved Fendi and they are not making it anymore so I decided try it. The scent is spot on and lasts. Don't hesitate to try with your favorite scents. I love this company.
All calls to 800 number go to recording. Say will call back in 24 hr. Max. Took them MORE than 48 hrs. To respond. Once I spoke to a very nice person rest of experience was WONDERFUL. Just slow to respond to initial call. Have done business with them before and am very satisfied with their product. Would recommend them, but you must have patience for a call back.

Shortly after Scentcrafters formed, Adam and Angela also started their life together as husband and wife. Literally a couple months after that, Angela found out she was pregnant with their first child. At that time Scentmatchers was also created. Needless to say, it was a busy period for the Schultz's!
Scentmatchers started after Scentcrafters' customers repeatedly asked if we could also provide a service to bring discontinued fragrances back to life. After enough people asked us this, we eventually woke up to the idea that, "Hey, we should give people what they want."
In 2013 we took the next step as a company and hired our first employees. We now have over 28 years of combined experience producing discontinued fragrances, and to date we have sold over 100,000 individual bottles of discontinued fragrances.
In 2014 we decided to increase our commitment to customer service and we hired our first full time Customer Service Manager, Pravin. We pride ourselves on providing quick and prompt customer service as repeat business becomes the cornerstone of our company.
In June of 2017 we increased the amount of perfume oil we used in fragrances by 50%, which we feel increases the quality of our product by it more potent and longer lasting.
In 2018 we created this new streamlined website on the Shopify platform that we are very excited about. We also added 2 more full time employees as the business continues to grow.
