Thank you all so much for your reviews. I feel like you have saved me money and what I can only predict as massive frustration. My favorite perfume is Botrytis. I have read so many incredible reviews for Escada Collection by Escada, saying that it is even better than Botrytis, but has long since been discontinued. I wanted to try it for myself. Looks like I won't be ordering Scentmatchers EC dupe now. Sad, but better educated now. Again many thanks for your honest reviews.

I have not received my purchase. I spent hours tracing and found that FedX never delivered because the package was improperly wrapped. Supposedly it was returned to ScentMatchers. This company has not treated me with courtesy. I am still waiting for a resolution. They have my money, I have no product.
I guess i'm going to find out more about Scentmatchers soon. I got my order two days ago, and I'm not that happy with the scent i received. So i'm just getting started with that process. Will let you know what the out come is.
"I ordered Fossil 1954 that has been discontinued from Fossil. ScentMatchers came very close to matching scent, the only problem I have is that it doesn't last all day like original Fossil 1954. Hoping they can get a formula to make it last that long."
My scent that I ordered, although pleasant, was not what I was hoping for. I contacted the company telling them exactly what it was about the scent that I felt needed to be changed. It says right on the site that they will attempt a fragrance up to 3 times. They did not give me this option. They only said they would refund me or recreate another scent. I've read a lot of reviews saying that the company offered to try again. I wish that option had been given to me.
Wish I had the Herbal Essence cologne in the 70's but so thrilled to have it now! The scent is exact! It took a little long to receive but I know these are custom creations and they are absolutely worth waiting for!
So I found a cologne that I loved in the 1970's & have ordered it three times! Bought the body lotion as well. Makes me so happy & get complements from people who get close enough to enjoy it on me :)
I received my bottle of Envy by Gucci and I am beyond happy! ScentMatchers did an amazing job reviving this amazing scent. I know everyone has a favorite so if you have a scent that you miss give this company a try they are amazing. The bottle is also a wonderful size for the price...
So my mom had this perfume forever. It got discontinued a when back and the other day she was telling me that she finished the perfume and was very sad. So I went on Google and this site was the first one that popped on my screen. I saw that if the fragrance they made didn't match what I wanted it's 90 days money back. I received it and give it to my mom and she fall in love with it. Thank you Scentmatchers!
I ordered a scent that both my husband and I love (Romance) for him on his birthday. Although the date was approaching and the time-line was close, they made sure I received it on his birthday, which was unexpected. The scent was almost spot-on and both of us just love it. It's a nice fresh scent that he can wear to the office and play. The fact that we could personalize it made it an even better gift. Also, great customer service and packaging!
Although I asked them quite clearly if they knew what perfume I was referring to in my request (sent them info etc.) the first scent was SO way off that I doubt they paid any attention or it was a standard scent they send out. They are trying again, my having sent them more info, so we shall see...
I received an email from you 2/15, stating my package had been delivered.
It had not. As of today 2/28 the package is still missing.
I contacted UPS, they don't know where it is and are looking for it.
I called UPS today and was told to contact you!

My mother always wore Hope. I remember how distraught she felt when they stopped making it. She never found another scent she liked and gave up perfume altogether. I came across this company and I was ecstatic to see Hope on their list. I gave it to her for Christmas and she is thrilled! She said its just as she remembers and shes worn it every day! I ordered the ultimate ii sheer scent and revived emails that they are working on the product and do not need a sample because they already have one. I was excited to receive the order and when I sprayed it on it stunk and it made me nauseous. I emails them a couple of times explaining g that what they sent in fact was not the same scent as Ultima II sheer scent but some atrocious smelling perfume. I of course never received a response from the company and filed a claim with my credit card. Keep away from them!
I ordered a bottle of a match for Touche' by Jovan. The day after I did, an emergency came up and requested a cancellation and refund. By morning they had cancelled and refunded my money. I will def. Be back to order my perfume from them in the near future. Thank you for your prompt service.

I ordered two scents from Scentmatchers: a replica of men's Ginseng, by Jovan, and one of Sandalwood, by Jade East. Scentmatchers came through 100% on the Sandalwood, but came up short on the Ginseng. It smelled more like the women's version. I contacted customer service, and they offered, as one of several solutions, to remake the scent based partly on my description of the cologne. They did exactly that, at no additional cost to me, and I am totally pleased with the result.
They sent my first sample and it was not even close to what our original cologne was so I contacted them and I mailed in a very small sample of what our cologne was. The second sample was not close either, and both bottles did not smell good enough to use. They are suppose to be mailing me a bottle of something that I had to choose from their line, but don't really need it.
Many years ago my husband gave me Pique perfume as a Christmas gift. I loved it,
Wore it all the time and received so many compliments. They discontinued it and
I have tried to find it ever since. Thank you ScentMatchers for recreating it for me.

Business History
Shortly after Scentcrafters formed, Adam and Angela also started their life together as husband and wife. Literally a couple months after that, Angela found out she was pregnant with their first child. At that time Scentmatchers was also created. Needless to say, it was a busy period for the Schultz's!
Scentmatchers started after Scentcrafters' customers repeatedly asked if we could also provide a service to bring discontinued fragrances back to life. After enough people asked us this, we eventually woke up to the idea that, "Hey, we should give people what they want."
In 2013 we took the next step as a company and hired our first employees. We now have over 28 years of combined experience producing discontinued fragrances, and to date we have sold over 100,000 individual bottles of discontinued fragrances.
In 2014 we decided to increase our commitment to customer service and we hired our first full time Customer Service Manager, Pravin. We pride ourselves on providing quick and prompt customer service as repeat business becomes the cornerstone of our company.
In June of 2017 we increased the amount of perfume oil we used in fragrances by 50%, which we feel increases the quality of our product by it more potent and longer lasting.
In 2018 we created this new streamlined website on the Shopify platform that we are very excited about. We also added 2 more full time employees as the business continues to grow.
Despite some initial growing pains, we are now considered one of the foremost experts in creating discontinued perfume and cologne. We look forward to recreating your memories as you become part of our story.
