I purchased a Barnes & Noble voucher and still have not recieved it in the mail. I have tried calling them 7 times, leaving a message after a long hold time. I got connected once but was quickly disconnected. This is a HORRIBLE site with HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT buy anything from them!

Do not order any deals from this site. They sell deals to shady merchants that don't respond to e-mails and send defective stuff out months after you use the voucher. I was stupid enough to buy a voucher for a site called http://www.gadgetgear.tv/. The voucher was supposedly for a $25 dollar pair of headphones. I bought the vouchers for the headphones at savemore.com for 14 dollars and used it at gadgetgear.tv. What I got in the mail after 4 weeks was a pair of cheap looking eabuds in a plastic baggie with no brand, no maks, no packing slip, and one of the earbuds is missing the protective cover. It's an absolute piece of filth. Don't every use these amateurs. They have no idea what they're doing on the merchants they're peddling.

Yung security guard na sunod ng sunod. Nakakainis feeling na parang magnanakaw ka. Bwisit. Tapos yung cashier na gusto ng hingin lahat g I.D ko dahil sa credit card ko. May doubt siya sakin baka kako gusto mo pa ng passport ko. Tagal niya basahin at titigan ang ID at credit card ko, UMAY KAYO. Tapos 2 beses niya ininsert s thermal post ayaw daw i read baka walang laman. Sabi ko " 1million ang limit ng credit card ko, hindi pwede mawalan ng laman ang credit card " so sabi i-top niya at wag i-insert, so ayun nag receive na nung itinop nya yung credit card, tanga nakakainit ng ulo. Ganyan ba kayo mag train sa save more. Hindi na ko mauulit sa savemore baliwag bulacan. Never ever. Uncomfortable kayo 😡😡

Worst, avoid at all cost.
Bought PapaJohn's gift card on Dec 8th last year. Was told it will be ready after Dec 16th. Checked on Dec 26th, it showed up in my account, but when I click on "redeem url", got 404 error. Called multiple times, every time reached voice mail. Sent email a few times, finally got response saying it will be ready after Jan 3th, after that day reached, checked my account again, same error. Sent email again asking for refund. Got email response right away, saying refund will take 5 business days. My purchase was deleted from my account right away. Now two weeks past, not a single dime refund from savemore.

Kung mahal ng may ari ng savemore ang business nila, dpat nagsu surprise visit sila lalo na sa Cauyao Branch. Tamad ang mga bisor nyo! Ung mga tag ng items hindi binibisita. Mali-Mali. Ung stocks sa display minsan wla na ayaw pang mag refill... kwentuhan ng kwentuhan! Ung mga processed foods minsan basta nlang itambak sa freezers. Minsan need mo ng assistance wla kang mahagilap na mga tao. Minsan kumpol kumpol sila ngkukwentuhan. Wla ng basket sa itaas, kailangan pa nming manghingi. Ung escalator madalas hindi pinapaandar. Hindi sila proactive! Tamad! Wlang service quality. Sa gwardiya, ung gwardya nung babaeng mataba, Wlang kusa! Wla talaga kayong service quality!

I bought a CVS Deal through them. The link to submit my voucher NEVER worked, then after I contacted them with the problem they deleted my purchase... NOT REFUNDED, but DELETED! I contacted them about that, and they said they had no record. Thankfully I paid with a credit card, so I am fighting it. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! AVOID THE SCAM!

Went in Save More store on July 4th, it was hot hot, had been riding on motor cycle, got a drink, walked to register, took a swallow of drink as my friend was pulling money out to pay for it, store employee said, "I could get into big trouble for that" I asked for what abd she said because I took a swallow of drink prior to paying for it. My friend WAS PULLING OUT MONEY TO PAY for all our items, she said you/i can get into trouble for this and I told her in my 54 years I have never heard of such a thing, she replied what, not drinking something before paying for it, I said no drinking a swallow of a drink that is currently in the process of being paid for, AT THE REGISTER its not like I was hiding in back trying to sneak a swallow or leave the store without paying, the drink was JUST BARELY COLDand had I not been hot and thirsty and nearly out of gas, I would have not even bought a beverage there or anything else. The cashier seemed to want to pick a fight or say something negative to us because we commented AMOUNGST OURSELVES about the beverages not being very cold. Either way she was a rude little $#*! and better be glad I wasn't in the same BAD MOOD she was in, or the fight she tried to promote would've ended badly for her...coolers hot. Store cluttered and rude little $#*! at REGISTER

They are a ripoff... they have no business sense and i think its been strted by some young college dropout who had nuthing better to do...

They don't check the credibility of the business they are dealing with it before providing deals... not that they are great when they have deals with Big companies like CVS, SUBWAY...

I ordered a couple of pillows from homedecor.bz... (bought the voucher from savemore) its been closely a month and a half and order has not been shipped...

JUST STAY OFF THIS SITE... WISH I COULD GIVE 0 Stars or Maybe something in negative... efffing Pissed!

This is is a scam, rip off what ever you want to call it. I ordered mulitple items from them and it took MONTHS AND MONTHS for some of the items to come in, Some I still have not received! When you call CS you get the run around. A friend ordered the CVS and JcPenny vouchers and she called CVS and JCP and NEITHER Of the stores knew ANYTHING about savemore.com selling vouchers! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!

Bought a voucher through Savemore.com back in September, placed the order on reusablebags.tv on September 19th and still have not received anything. Called reusablebags.tv customer service on October 20th to see where my merchandise was and they told me it had been shipped to me the day before I called except for 4 items that were on backorder. Called them back today and all your receive is voicemail saying they will call you back but doesn't allow you to leave a message. Called savemore.com and waited on hold for 28 minutes finally "Jonathan" (who is 1 of the 2 people that work there, yep there's only 2 people there) and he said he called reusablebags.tv and they told him it was sent yesterday, I informed him that they gave me the same song and dance almost a month ago and still no products and was told I could try calling back sometime next week to possibly get a refund if it hasn't been delivered by then, POSSIBLY get a refund. Stay far far away from this company, they are just going to say it was shipped yesterday and you'll never receive anythign

*WARNING: DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS/VOUCHERS/GIFT CARDS FROM SAVEMORE!*

Since the SaveMore staff bans you (prevents your comments from appearing) if you try to say anything negative about their company on their deal website, I thought that I would give you the truth about this company here.

Most SaveMore deals take an average of 2-3 months to actually receive (if ever). They need to work with these 3rd party business to better anticipate the demand (have more stock on hand) & they need to make sure to get delivery tracking information on EVERY ORDER! That will help resolve about 99% of the customer questions that SaveMore has to answer on a daily basis.

I had purchased some things in the beginning of October that I still have yet to receive. Take it for what it's worth. The items are discounted, but don't expect to receive things from SaveMore right away. If the SaveMore customer support can help track items rather than simply tell you to wait xx number of days, that would improve their operations by dramatically.
