I love the products that I have received from sample source. There have been a couple that didn't work for us. But the other ones that I have received have been wonderful. It's nice to be able to try something out first before buying it in a regular size and finding out you don't like it or it doesn't work for you!

Who doesn't love free? The survey was quick, and I received several great items that accurately reflected my survey answers. I found many products that I will definitely be buying for my family from now on! I love this site.

I have already received several samples. I recommand to all without hesitate. There is something for every taste.

Sample Source has a try before you buy product trial program and they are one of the best at it.

I only recently learned of SampleSource and they are just amazing! They sent me a complimentary package through the mail that contained coupons and samples. Opened up my world to so many new products! Greatly appreciated and extremely thankful.

This site is amazing for samples and customer service. I had some coupon issues and I got my answers from customer service. Great sample site indeed.

I love this website/service. It seems like there are always new and fun products to try. And they give out decent sized portions of each product, nothing worse than getting a small little mini sample that doesn't give you a real feel for the product

Sample source is a great site that allows you to try new products for free! What's not to like about that?

You get free samples of stuff in exchange for a review. How do you go wrong. Just wish they had more samples.

I have been a member of Sample Source for almost 6 years! My whole family LOVES it! We have found a lot of new products that we have never heard of before and now they are things we buy all the tinme.

Every time we get a new item in the mail my whole family is excited to test it out! Sometimes the products are better than what we are already buying which is why we love the samples so much!

It is a great way to try new itesm, and it is absolutely free!

I am relatively new to Sample Source. I created a new account because I was not able to gain access to my previous one (only have 2 emails I use but they say I have 4+ accounts on their site which I was not aware of) to get the fall sample kit. I was told it was approved and waiting shipping, but now am told nothing more. I emailed 3 times, and accidentally emailed in the middle of the night (thanks to mommy brain lol) and the reply I got via email was terrible. The person responding was very "I am above you" in saying that I emailed in the middle of the night and again the next day, but they are not going to respond in the middle of the night(insinuating that I expected an email back right away lol). I emailed the night before because I replied to the first response and got not one reply back then again about a week later I sent off another just for some confirmation on things, again - no reply. So when I sent off 2 in a row they responded with a very rude tone and I simply think any company should retrain their CS reps if they respond this way. The person may very well be busy and not have meant how it sounded, but instead of just saying "sorry we are very slow to respond, we are quite busy." Then just answer my questions and say "better luck next time". The company and its samples may very well be wonderful, but this review reflects on the terrible customer service. I also want to add, they say you cannot sign up for multiple sample boxes, nothing about multiple emails and just any extra orders would be cancelled not all. I ordered just 1 sample box with 1 email (thinking I had 2 accounts and 1 unusable) and they cancelled my subscription over it, so be aware if you have 1+ emails registered and are forgetful like me. Pass along with word so others don't lose out unknowingly!

I absolutely love sample source. It allows me to try new products that I normally would not chance buying incase we don't like it. I highly recommend!

Sample Source is fantastic! They have great sample. We are lucky to have Sample Source to try new products before you buy!

This site is great! It allows you to try great samples, without having to buy the full product. And once in a while you get these great surprise samples at your door. My dog also likes the samples a lot :) as there are always great pet related samples to choose.
Once I had to contact the customer service to change my address and the response time was great too.

I have been able to find so many great products thru Sample Source! I love it when the green box shows up in my mailbox, and it has given me a chance to try products from all kinds of brands! 100% the best site! It is so hard to find the right products that work as they promise, but Sample source helps me with that.

What I love the most about SampleSource.com is that they provide so many different samples that I had never considered before, but make sense for me to try because of my family's needs and preferences. I now buy lots of products because I received a sample from SampleSource.com. I love how easy it is, no pressure, and always fast to arrive. Its is great. I recommend it 100%,

I love the fact that a company is willing to send random samples for people to try. Most of the items I have received i would have never even thought to try as I hate wasting my hard earned money on something I might not like or have to throw away. This company has given me the chance to try new things and I hope more companies would give samples to them so they can continue to send items for me to try and possibly become a customer for someone else. Thank you sample source for all you and continued success in the future.

This was my first samplesource box. I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. I received instant coffee, poptart, cheez it coupon and jiff peanut butter sample. I loved everything expect the poptart and the jiff peanut butter. I feel poptarts are not my thing. I would still give the peanut butter a try once Im done using the one I'm.

SampleSource in my opinion is the best and only real opportunity to try new products! It is so easy to fill out their questionnaire to find out what you are eligible for in free product. The products always arrive in great condition and at the end of it all you just have to complete an honest review of the products you received and tried. It's so easy! Throughout the year based on your profile you may qualify for an opportunity to try something else new. You can say yes or no to receiving and reviewing this product. SampleSource is all about you the consumer and making good product choices. It's a WIN-WIN situation.
