They stayed in touch, giving updates even more than I expected and this really reduced my stress and made me feel confident changing my flights and hotel reservations. Was extremely knowledgable and made me feel comfortable in leaving my mothers passport in his hands. I have NEVER been so impressed with any service for any service ever! The customer service provided by James Rosier was phenonemal... he was very clear making absolutely certain that I understood the directions perfectly and insisted that I call him at any time in the process... "call me from the Post Office if you question anything", "honestly, this is very important you don't have time to mess up anything... just call and check" and he was courteous and simply wonderful! The day before our trip I dug my passport out and realized it had expired in 12/17. Being a Friday at 2:00 I figured I wasn't going to make the trip. I had an amazing experience with getting my Childs Passport in a rush. James Rosier was beyond helpful! I accidentally filled out a form incorrectly which he got on straight away and helped me rectify it within a few hours. I called customer support a few times to check on the status of my papers and way always met with a friendly helpful person on the phone. I also received email notifications giving me complete visibility of the status of my application and where my child's passport was when in transit.
