Due to an unexpected death in my family, I need a get a passport as soon as possible to travel out of the country. Rush my passport was wonderful, the instructions were easy to follow, the customer support was excellent and very friendly and I received status updates regularly. I had my passport within the time I was promised and could not be more satisfied with the whole process. Thank you for your wonderful service.
My daughter's passport was eaten by our dog right before her trip abroad. Getting her a new passport was complicated by the fact that she lives in another state and was not born in this country, so she needed to send in her Certificate of Citizenship, which I had. I literally must have called Rush My Passport to clarify the process and ask questions along the way about 15 times. Each time, I was greeted by a courteous, friendly, knowledgeable staff, willing to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial. Though the service is not inexpensive, it is reliable and trustworthy. My daughter received her passport on time and is off on her vacation as I type this. Again, I am impressed with the excellent customer service at Rush My Passport and the superior results in getting my daughter's passport to her on time.
When I lost my passport I was panicked and willing to pay more money for the comfort of knowing that I would have everything in order and get it in time. The first time I called them they were very helpful, the next day I called back and called all day and kept getting automated messages. I called them 17 times that day without being able to get through to get my authorization form and shipping label. I thought it was a scam since I had already paid.
I did eventually get through 2 days later and everything else went very smoothly. The email shipping updates were very helpful.
Make sure u ask for the letter of authorization and shipping label as step one! Otherwise great service that definitely works.

I was wary of using this site because some reviews were negative. I needed my passport in just over two weeks (a trip to Japan I knew well ahead of time, but like anyone reading this, we know how that works out). I went for broke and tried it out. At first it was a bit overwhelming and at one point I needed to contact a customer rep from your company who was able to assist me with my questions.
The check off guideline sheet helped with getting the necessary paperwork ready to send. I also had a problem with your web site when I needed to print out my cover letter and UPS shipping label...again your customer service rep assisted me with that. Thank you.
I needed my passport renewed quickly. Started process on June 30 and received my passport on July 10th. Subtract the weekends and July 4th holiday and you can see it was quick. They were prompt and professional in all of their correspondence. Their directions are easy to follow. And they helped out when I forgot the State Department fee's. They contacted me right away and were able to process payment over the phone. Due to my particular situation, I would have needed to schedule an appointment with the passport agency, and all the one's around me were booked for two weeks out. So handling this on my own would have definitely taken longer. Highly recommend the service if your timeframe is short or you don't have the time to run around and do it yourself. They did a great job! Only thing that kept me from giving them a 5 star ratting in all areas is the fact that I paid for overnight deliver services for two orders and they combined them into one deliver for my wife and my passports, but never refunded second charge for overnight deliver services that was never used. Otherwise services was exactly as promised with great automated updates throughout the process.
I had already paid for my service when I started reading the negative reviews... I'm sorry for anyone that had a bad experience but for me this was a positive I need an express passport for a minor and was walked through every step for the completion of the process. I'm thrilled that she gets to take the trip of a lifetime last minute because of your services. Thank you!

Rushmypassport.com does provide the service as stated. I did call customer service about a couple of questions I had. The process in order to get your passport is not hard but must be followed exact. I would recommend there service only if you really do need a rush on your passport. The added cost is more than the passport itself. If needed I would use there service again.
Rushmypassport.com provided idiot proof instructions on how to complete and send in the required information. Once they received my information, they kept me informed by email and phone every step of the way.
