Great service. Lots of unobtrusive contact via email and phone messages so I was never worried about what was going on. They even had a YouTube video to explain the process and to answer frequently asked questions. And a template for a letter that had to be written.
The service is well worth the fees that you have to pay. The Customer Service reps are about the friendliest ones I have come across in a long time. They actually care about your call and will do everything to make sure your experience is a great one. I was kept informed through each step. Very excellent service and I would recommend to anyone who has to do a rush passport issue.

My need for a passport arose as a result of a family emergency. I frankly did not believe it was possible to obtain the passport in the required time frame to get where I needed to be. I was astounded. You folks are really the best and were able to get me the credentials I needed to respond to the emergency on time. Not only I, but my entire family, will be forever grateful. Just a word of advice for your future customers. If anyone has ever had a passport in the past which expired and they have lost the passport, there is one additional document required by the State Department for which we were not prepared. You might want to warn your customers.
