Hello, I'm just wondering how long it takes for the company to review the documents? It's been 8 days and my documents are still under review. My trip will be April 28 and I am starting to have anxiety since my documents haven't finished with review yet and it has been over a week. Can someone follow up please? At first glance the cost to acquire a passport through Rush My Passport seemed high. However, there were many details I am certain I would have missed if I had taken this task on my own. In the process, I would have ran out of time to receive the passport within the very tight window I had before travel. Everyone I contacted at Rush My Passport was exceptionally accessible, patient and helpful. Their customer service was prompt and their guidance was particularly important. The outcome and peace of mind achieved were well worth the investment. I hope never to be in that predicament again, but I would use their services again.

Everyone told me that renewing my passport would be a nightmare PLUS we are moving in two months so it needed to get here fast to avoid address change problems but couldn't wait till we got to the new place because of the dates of our trip. Rushmypassport made the paperwork super easy online, then popping in to get my picture taken was 5 minutes tops (although it's terrible picture) When my paperwork got to their facility they discovered that I'd filled something out wrong but emailed me and I was able to fix it the next day by calling in. THEN my passport got here sooner than expected. All in all the process took about 4 weeks and that was including Christmas. Well worth the expedite fee to have this process done quickly.

The paperwork and instructions were very thorough and every detail was explained in full. I had my passport in hand 4 days after the paperwork was delivered to the Department of State passport agency. It spared me from having to wait on the phone to try to get an appointment and being told none were available. I had tried the week before and I knew it was pointless. Thanks to RushMyPassport, I will make my family reunion in Barbados. I highly recommend the services of this company.

My 84 year old mother had the opportunity to go to the Cayman Islands which is her favorite place to go. The trip was in three weeks from when she found out about it. Her passport was expired. We found out about Rush My Passport service but were skeptical. After reading mostly positive reviews we took a chance. We were able to get her passport in less than a week after sending in the package. The customer service was professional and prompt. I highly recommend this service.

In my opinion, if you possess a timeframe of 10 weeks to obtain your passport, I recommend visiting the local post office, where they can provide assistance in completing the requisite forms and fulfilling all necessary prerequisites. This course of action would result in a cost savings of $200 compared to utilizing the services offered on this website. However, if expediency is paramount, and you require your passport within a week, then it may be reasonable to consider availing the website's services for a fee of $700.

I submitted my renewal 11/29/2022, it has been 7 weeks and I've heard nothing! I have a trip coming up on 2/10 and am really regretting using this service. Nobody can tell me the status and I'm worried it won't even come in time. I paid for expedited service that said it should be no more than 5 weeks. It's been 7! This is ridiculous. Can someone please help me?

Paid over $200 to RushMyPassport. The first part was easy. Downloaded the documents, filled in the info, got everything together to mail in the the government. Then I discovered there was no shipping label and NO way to get one. The man at Fed Ex said they have nothing to do with RMP. The post office said they couldn't help. Calling RushMyPassport is a total waste of time. No one answers or returns calls. I'm out over $400!

Rushmypassport processed my 2 week order earlier than the initial ETA provided. I did receive emails asking me to call the customer service line but when I called in each rep told me they had to take a message and have someone call me back. This was frustrating due to the tight deadline coming up for a trip to Europe as I lost about 24 hours of time waiting for someone to call me to tell me what was needed. In my case, they needed my name to be on an Excel drafted itinerary, a simple fix, but the company didn't have the fastest turnaround to confirm what I sent was sufficient. Email communication ended up being the best method to check the status of my passport with the courier. One thing that did concern me was the courier was called Best China. When having a US passport created, having a company associated with China does not seem secure, just a thought. They did deliver early which gave peace of mind.

This business is entirely unnecessary - you can just fill out the documents at Travel.gov (The Department of State site) and save yourself the money that this company takes as a middle-man. Not a scam, per se, but just not necessary. You're welcome.

Awful, I booked with rush my passport because they're expedited option claims to guarantee your passport in 5 weeks (opposed to directly through the government which lists 5-7 weeks). I just checked my passport status through travel.gov, which states rush my passport chose the 5-7 week processing time.

So this is the same as the regular expediting service, they just give the most optimistic time estimate? Looks like it could take 6 or 7 weeks according to the government, while this service advertised 5 weeks. Surprised this is legal honestly…

I needed it in exactly 5 weeks which is why I chose this service and it is not cheap.

I am now calling the agency and scrambling to correct this myself. It seems like all they do is expedite it, which you can do yourself.

There is nothing rush my passport does, aside from help you create a printout of the 2 pages of paperwork needed to submit. You can do that yourself on other websites for free. That is all they do and they charge $189.00. You still have to pay the US Dept the fees for the passport, the $35 for the assessment, and whatever fee tor your picture. It all gets mailed to the same place. They literally do nothing and have no part or bearing on getting your passport sooner. Its just a scam to make you think they can get it quicker, but you don't send any of the documents to them, they don't touch anything or have any part of processing your passport. Just go to one of the free sites to create your paperwork, its no different than paying $189 to use their website to do the same thing
