Same trailer that was sitting there last weekend jump to 6299
Talked to an assistant manager
But she was rude gave me some lame story
I could understand a price jump on a new delivery due to cost
But the same trailers sitting on the lot
Automatically jumps $800
That's really wrong Rural King should be ashamed
Lately I purchased a Electrical Fence system and they solar charger which did not work from the very start I tried to return it within a few days and the girl said that you need to let the battery charge out into the Sun for a few weeks to make sure that it will work correctly so I did that and then when I went to return it the girl at the service desk said they do not accept returns after 30 days what the heck I was told I was told to give it a few weeks to charge not my fault it went over 30 days for now on when something goes bad I'm going to demand my money back the very next day that it goes bad I should have never listened to that woman they told me to let the battery charge. She was the meanest service person I've ever dealt with it very mean treated me so awful bad that I will never go back there again to shop.
I purchased two 4000 Lumins LED security lights, one has already quit working, normally I'd say I was safe because I bought it from The Great Rural King! Not so Scottie, took it back and I believe someone replaced My Rural King with Walmart. They refused to do a swap, refused to do a refund and refused even a partial store credit, I love Rural King but never again on any lighting!

Online ordered a yard swing. The photos clearly show a frame. When it arrived it was just the swing, no frame. Ok, I wasn't feeling ripped off, just that the company didn't describe what I was actually going to get very well. Contacted customer service, to schedule a return. Was told that return shipment was on me. Made my case for the issue being theirs, but they didn't care and even went as far as to say that it did state in the description that it was swing only. I triple checked to see if I had somehow missed that part and would have taken my lumps if I had... Nope, no mention what so ever. Long story short, was told I could make the one hour trip to the nearest shipping point plus pay for return shipping or the 45 minuet trip to the store for the return. I made the store run. Whoa, what an experience. Good thing Rural King sells binder twine and bailing wire, it's the only thing that is holding their online to store return system together. What a headache and they kept the $18 in sales tax I had paid to boot. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
Lord I put a order in before thanksgiving and there shipping sucks they zhip everything buy it's self so get lost... Still missing a hoodle... Never again will I order from them online... Don't do it
My experience was less than desirable and nothing you'd wish on anyone you cared about. I saw an ad and ended up subscribed to their email, so I drove there on December 3,2019 and arrived at 6:11pm. The doors were locked. They had been blowing up my email with ads and offers on a daily basis for an entire week at that point. I had received a message from them about their extended holiday hours that afternoon, and it said they closed at 10pm. When I got there, they said there was a holiday party for the employees and their families, but I saw dozens of confused customers in the parking lot who could not understand why they were closed when emails and their website indicated they were open. Since then I have received ridiculous emails claiming things like, "If we don't have it, you don't need it." When I chose to unsubscribe from their emails, giant bold letters popped up on my screen saying, "What a shame!"
Honestly, who would choose to do business with a company that conduct its business communications and such an obtrusive and discourteous manner?
Your Rulal King store in Huber Heights, Ohio is not mandating face masks to enter into their store. They do have one small 9 by 12 sign on the front of their front door, which is somewhat hidden from view from people walking in! As I walked into the store the manager who was at the customer service desk was not wearing a mask. When I checked out she still had no mask on and was waiting on customers. I did say something to the two other young ladies who were standing behind the customer service desk, One had on a mask... the other one had hers pulled down to her chin. All they could say was "ma'am we just work here!"
Now I would think as a business their employees should be informed of the rulings... they didn't even offer to let me speak to the manager. So
Basically what this was telling me as well as many others entering the store with masks on that that establishment does not care about the rulings. I have since talked to MANY people in Huber Heights who have all expressed the same concern and are refusing to go back to Rural King. We can shop at Menards where masks are required and are checked as you go in the door.(and by the way it has not hurt their business one bit. Infact people want to go there becsuse they are obviously more concerned about their patrons than Rural King!) We all know that this is frustrating for businesses as well as the patrons. But it is life right now and I feel that they are being in defiance of the rules and mandates set out by our mayor! So I will not be shopping there until this is remedied. And I would appreciate a response from you as the company
I bought a gun 4 and a half months ago from Rural King rk guns sent it to Shelbyville Kentucky and I've already had to go back up there and do 3 background checks because they make you wait 30 days even though Kentucky don't have a gun law federal government is only reason kentuckians got to wait 7 days to get a gun if they're delayed Rural King says they keep me on the delay for 30 days I've done it three months in a row bul$#*!
I am a regular customer of Rural King stores in Cross Lanes, WV and Ashland, KY and Gallipolis, OH. Never had an issue in store or with any purchases besides a really cheap Remington weed eater. It had issues from the start and the guys in Repair dept at Cross Lanes, WV fixed it for free and they weren't under any obligation to even fix it. Online purchases have always come on time as ordered.
Purchased "INSTANT" online gift card. Rural King flagged my information as fraud. Still waiting after 4 days, 2 phone calls and 2 emails for my instant gift card.
I bought a log swing for my wife last November. The legs are splitting. I sent pictures and a complaint. I never recieved a response. Very disappointed.
Brought a Bestway pool 14 x 48, $$500.00. Setup, but pump leaked from the bottom. Called customer service, they took my information and told me someone would get back to me. Next day received and email below. Web site does not exist. bestwaycorp.com/support, jokes on me. I can't wait till August to resolve the issue, I need the pump, so I had to purchase a new pump on Amazon. Brought and intex pump, works beautiful and no leaks. Will not do any business with Rural King or Tractor Supply ever again. Hope this helps, please before you purchase "if you cannot return and item don't buy it online from this company, they will not help you"!

If your credit card/bank card is declined don't dispair…. You are in good hands! They only need to walk over to the center pole, climb a ladder and reset the router…. Then wait 5 minutes and do the same thing again. This happened to me last night; however, in between this high-tech maneuver, I had 20 items that had to be rescanned. But wait, first time, the total was $190, second time was $172, and the third time was $194! Hmmm? Oh! Did I tell you that on the third attempt they said I would need to pay with cash? I said, Ok. I will go to Kroger and get the money! I said, because I. Am on crutches and there is an ice storm (Feb 17th, 2021/ ~ 8:20 pm; Kokomo, Indiana). I came back at 8:45 pm and my cart was gone and I was told to come back tomorrow! Thankfully, Mitch (worked their 9 years) saw my crutches sliding back and forth on their cement floor had decided to hold back on the order to put items back on the shelf and helped me - - from falling on the ice covered floor! Answer: Butler store is cleaner then other stores. The bathrooms are always clean or being clean when I'm there.
