I love my recent diamond ring purchase. I am looking at designs for my 20 yr anniversary wedding ring upgrade. I purchased a 16 inch sterling silver flat wheat chain with fresh water pearl at the center. The 16 inch was just a bit too snug so I exchanged it for the 18 inch. I called Customer Service and was given an RMA number with instructions on how to return the item. The CS rep was courteous and answered all my questions. RS received my return package and sent me a return confirmation within an hour of receiving it (I tracked it and used Fed Ex Ground). I also received a shipping confirmation email a few hours later. I could not be more pleased with the Customer Service I received nor the speed of this return transaction. I am anxiously awaiting my new necklace and highly recommend Ross-Simons. Their pricing and Customer Service is exceptional. I always receive my items sooner than anticipated.
