So-so…I ordered a set of four, a set of three and two stand alone rings. ONE ring out of all those looked like gold. The others were that reddish, brassy look. I return all but the one.

Ex: a blue topaz that you have to struggle to see any color, it looked like a very pale aquamarine. Even speaking to a company rep asking for the blue to be a deep blue as seen online and in print catalogues or don't send the replacement didn't work. The replacement was even lighter in color.
This purchase was for a brown mother of pearl and SS earring. I wanted these because of the beautiful shade of warm brown. They just arrived an I am so disappointed with the color. My first reaction was that they sent black MOP. You know, the greyish-black color of pearl. Holding them under an Ott light you can just see highlights of the brown seen online and in daylight they look like a dirty brown. NOT what I was expecting.
PLEASE Ross-Simons, make your color representations (web and print) more realistic. I am tired of the gross misrepresented colors. It should be even better than what you sawing print or online. By the way, we all know color varies from monitor and some natural materials will vary from piece to piece but could you atheist get it in the ballpark?

I can't rate the quality of the products that I ordered because I never received them. I had numerous contacts with Ross Simon's Customer Service and each time I was given a different delivery date. Each time the date passed with no delivery.
