I ordered 1 ring with monogram lettering and was send without the lettering, even though I was send a message that the order was going to be late because of it. Then my second order came in with the same problem, I ordered a set of earrings with lettering and it was send with no lettering. It's unacceptable, because I was not able to give the item to my niece for her birthday and on top of that I had to call and resend the items making it a loss of my time and energy, frustrating because I had never had such trouble before with your company
