I received this ring for Christmas. Absolutely stunning! It is truly one of the most beautiful pieces of jewelry I own. Contrary to most, this ring looks just like the pictures. Definitely worth every penny! I am so pleased with it! I also enjoyed the 30 dollar off welcome code!

Easy, great.CS IS GREAT
But ordered a item, got a similar item but my item. Cs re shipped
Supposedly correct item, still got wrong item. Ie ordered item in silver, keep receiving gold.
Finally this time a charm for the right item and they tried hard to insure my anniversary wasn't ruined.
Frustrating. But thank you cs for understanding and making it happen

Disappointed in item ordered.

I ordered a gold ring with aquamarine stone for my teen-age granddaughter. I based my selection on the style, price within my budget & images of a model wearing the ring. I was very disappointed in the size of the ring & I don't think it is accurately portrayed on the website. The ring I received would be appropriate for an infant or toddler. On the plus side, the ordering & shipping was very good.

Need to offer "cross products" on your website. For example, when buying a necklace it would be useful to provide a link to matching earrings rather than make me scroll through God knows how many items to find them.

Returned for refund due to misrepresentation

I sincerely hope this company refunds my money immediately, because I returned the product within minutes of seeing it. The band was tiny and the "stones" were the merest of chips, so small you couldn't even see the color variation. Such a total disappointment.

Bright side: it was a reminder to never purchase from instagram ads.

Professional presentation; cheaply made product

Both bracelets I purchased looked great on-line and in the catalog. However, the Pure bangle bracelet is so lightweight that it is doesn't even measure when trying to weigh it! Not $350 worth of gold in that bracelet and no way to wear it without destroying its shape. Will return the bracelet. The hinged sun and moon multi-gem bangle is so cute but I couldn't get the clasp to open. I took it to a jeweler and they got the clasp to open, but even that bracelet has no internal support, and when unclasped it doesn't align so it is already scratched at the clasp. I have not even worn the bracelet for fear I will destroy the shape of that bracelet, too. Now not even sure I can return that bracelet. One bracelet was going to be a gift, but I was too embarrassed to give it. I have purchased other jewelry from Ross-Simon and not experienced this poor quality. I am disappointed, as I was so excited for receiving these pieces.

The hearts were carelessly 'filled'. Sloppy work. Didn't see in the photos there is no backing under the hearts. Guaranteed to break with daily wear. Just a fun, rather expensive, ring.

Beautiful necklaces

My wife likes her necklaces but I had problems figuring out the size to get her if I wanted to keep it a surprise. It would help tremendously if you could tell what size the model has on in the picture for husbands to get an idea what to order. We men are not real good at things like that.

Necklace Is Too Small

Unfortunately, the 16-inch necklace chain is too small. The 18- and 20-inch lengths were out of stock for Christmas. The black diamond matches her 3.0 carat earring studs which she loves. The next special occasion she will get a black diamond ring to match the other two pieces of jewelry.

My beautiful ring

I'm happy it was accidentally delivered via USPS and not UPS or FedEx. The last time my black and white diamond ring ended up at my neighbor's house who was gone for a while for the Chinese New Year. And her son picked it up until she got home and returned it to me so I'm happy that it was delivered once again United States postal services I hope all my jewelry that I ordered in the future is delivered the same way via USPS
