Came late, no communication

I purchased a leather-bound book as a birthday gift for my wife and opted for expedited shipping (5–7 days), bringing the total to around $100.

However, the company didn't withdraw the funds from my account until three days later. I never received an email confirmation or any form of communication. There was no contact information available, and I was left completely in the dark.

In the end, my order took nearly five weeks to arrive. Throughout the entire process, I received no updates, confirmation, or order details. I was convinced the site was a scam and even was contacting my bank to dispute the transaction.

Shipping time is really long, even with expedited shipping. I ordered on January 31, and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping to ensure delivery of this gift in time for Valentine's Day (February 14). The site said it ships within 3-4 business days, and add 305 days for shipping and it should have gotten there comfortably by Feb 14 (15 days later). The product did not ship until February 17, and then took 15 days to arrive. After a week, the tracker application no longer tracker it - just a blank screen. It stayed in China for 4 days waiting to be dispatched. When I complained about the late delivery, they offered to refund $10 (this was before it had left China). I went back and forth, and they then offered to refund the difference between regular and expedited shipping ($17) even though regular shipping should have been free based on the order amount, and finally after a long haggle they refunded the full shipping charge only (no refund on the product). The item itself is nice, but timing is not their stroing suit.

Can't tell you if it is good or not, haven't seen it.
Ordered for my anniversary. Plenty of time given the statement on the website. There is room to improve here for sure.

Very Disappointed

I just received my board with the handwritten recipe. It is wrong! There are so many words missing the letter "i". I can not give this gift. I am heartbroken. It is absolutely awful. I'm going to see what I can do. I wish I could give a negative star. So I have to give a 1 star.

No gift for mom for Christmas

Ordered a gift for my mom for Christmas with ample of time to receive it prior. It has been nearly 2 months since I first ordered it. I have reached out by email. I am told to be patient that it would be coming, it never did. Asked for a refund and they send they would make it a priority to ship and give me pennies for my inconvenience that was a month ago.
