I placed an order 2 weeks before a birthday and Mother's Day. Website says 5-8 business days. I placed my order with plenty of time to receive my gifts for my wife. Her birthday is 2 days after Mother's Day. Nothing, not a email about when I'm getting my packages, not an email saying sorry we are delayed, nothing! Come to find out the package was coming from china, which I'm cool with, but no communication that that was where the package will be delivered from. So here I am on mothered day, and my wife's birthday, (2 days later) with no communication on the status of my order, looking like I got no gifts for my wife for either celebration. And here I am still waiting for the gifts to show up. Not impressed, I will not be purchasing anything from RoseFeels ever and will not recommend them ever! Thanks for shafting me!

Do not expect a quick delivery

It took just over 4 weeks to get the custom jewelry piece. Do not pay for VIP or Rush delivery it is a money grab. Do not buy if you need a gift for someone soon. Customer service takes nearly a week to return messages asking about the shipping status and even then they tell you to use the tracking number, which only tells you the order has been shipped. No real time tracking whatsoever.

Will I ever receive my order?

Ordered in April, paid extra for express processing and shipping. Reached out 2 weeks after ordering, they haven't even started my order. Asked for a refund, and they told me I would only get 50% of what I paid, when they haven't even started my order yet! Told them to expedite and ship, that was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for my order. Pretty sure this website is a scam.

Delayed production

The estimated production time online suggested a few weeks. I made an order on 4-17-25. After following up on May 1st I was told it was put into urgent production. As of 5-21-25 I still do not have any sign anything is happening.

STAY AWAY

I've never said this about a company before but I genuinely hope they go out of business. They have not upheld a single promise or deadline. I ordered a gift for Mother's Day on April 11th and it said it would arrive by May 5th. Come Mother's Day May 11th it still had not arrived. I emailed them and asked for an ETA and they said wait 3-5 more days. STILL nothing. When asked why it was taking so long they just tell you to keep waiting.

Made the terrible mistake of ordering through them. Pretty sure they are a scam. They say that it two weeks shipping but fail to mention that it takes up ver a month to work on your order. Looking at BBB it's a common theme. Looks as if they want you to cancel to only have to give you less than half of your refund. Calls and emails go unanswered. Terrible!

Product was supposed to ship within 9-12 business days. Still had not shipped at day 12. Contacted company said give them a few more days. I said okay. It's now been another week and a half and still have not received shipping information. In 3 days it will have been a full month since product was ordered

Bad experience

I am extremely disappointed due to the fact my order was two weeks late, and once arrived it was damaged. My son is recovering for a spinal cord injury and this was to surprise for him, and that has not happened due to it being damaged. I would life a full refund of my order.

Quality custom embroidery

Not going to lie, I was nervous to pay for something without seeing a mockup of what to expect. My expectations on the quality and likeness was fairly low as I was getting hoodies with four animals, one of which is an all black dog. I tried hard to find pictures that matched their in person likeness.
What we got was seriously so, so cute and just right. The likeness was captured well even with the all black dog! It's our favorite hoodie now. It was a gift for my husband but I'm glad I got another one for me too because I would have been so jealous. I'm absolutely going to share the site to my friends and family. Thank you so much!
