Frame was damaged when we received it- corner was broken off
It took a MONTH to have this delivered and the quality is pitiful compared to what is shown "on the site". SUPER thin, easily breakable and smaller than shown. Overall its pretty but definitely not worth $82.95
My son ordered this for his gf for Christmas. It was delivered 2weejs late and he paid extra to make sure it arrived on time.
I feel like I was robbed. Never received anything. They keep sending me to a tracking company that I feel is fake. So sad

I placed my order 12/11 for a birthday gift. I've emailed multiple times and been told they will expedite the order and shipping and still haven't received it. I sent an email 2 days ago requesting a refund but haven't heard back.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. My item arrived broken and they told me they would give me a $10 refund for an item that cost over $100. They told me to fix it myself and it was not something that I could fix myself. I asked for a new item since it was something not fixable and they told me they did not have a return label for me and that I would need to go to my local FedEx and print a label and pay for shipping it back. They would then send me a new one but I would have to cover that shipping too. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I got this as a gift for a loved one and now I can't give it to them.

Two of the figures (wife and daughter) arrived with Pink hair rather than brown that was ordered. Black cat was also delivered the color white.
Order was nearly two weeks late. Communication was horrible. I just about cxld my order. And I ended up purchasing a replacement at a local bookstore before it showed up because it was a Christmas present. I won't order again. But also I won't share the experience with others because it did arrive and it was beautiful.
