Don't ordered from this company. It's a scam! Never received my purchase. I tried contacting them through email. They gave never responded. So I'm putting a bad review and than reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
The service could be improved. There are some problems with being ethical in regards to their products. If you buy from this site I suggest you don't spend too much and get just a few things. I won't be changing my review so please don't ask. Thank you
Trying to deal with Romwe's customer service is a nightmare. No phone, no chat, only a sketchy "ticket" system.
They closed our first ticket with no resolution at all. Would not even accept earrings despite the fact that they were still in original packaging.
Never again. Total scam.

I've read a lot of reviews of people complaining but I've order about 8 times and never had a problem here are my tips
1. Don't order something over $25- order simple things like tops and shorts not fancy jackets because the quality will just not be there
2- if something is really bad quality such as stitching send them a pic and they usually say don't worry about the return and just refund the money
3- read other customers reviews of the products first, other people usually let you know whether to order up or down a size.
4- google discount codes, there is always one for free shipping... usually over $50 which is only 3 items or so.
Don't expect perfection for $5 you're setting yourself up for disappointment
Ps. They have great earrings which are in fashion for about $2-5
A friend who orders her wardrobe exclusively through Romwe told me that 1 out of every 3 items is a dud, but the other 2 would be great or exceptional, which is pretty good odds. I ordered 11 items and waited three weeks for arrival. Two require tailoring (but will be wearable) and only 1 is beyond hope, so it definitely exceeded expectations.
The only thing keeping me from giving 4/5 stars is that I still haven't received one item and it's definitely passed the maximum amount of days wait for processing that Romwe outlines in it's FAQ section.

I had a little trouble with signing in and registering at first.
Great price, please don't expect the highest high end quality, you will not get that for the price, but everything I have received is lovely and beautiful.
My advice is to read the review for each items, as the sizing isn't consistent throughout the website. Also do not choose express, from what I have seen it makes no difference, you get it when you get it
I live in Sydney, Australia, my order came 6 days after placing the order, on normal shipping I have heard bad thing about Romwe, but still gave them a chance and they came through. But maybe I was just lucky
Having read some of the negative reviews on this site I was wary of purchasing, but I decided to take the risk because the clothes looked cute online. Shipping took just under 2 weeks - which I was fine with as I knew it would take a little while. When I received my package I was shocked with how nice the items were! (I purchased mostly clothing but also bought a backpack and a pair of sunglasses.) Such good quality, everything fits well and looks just like the pictures online. It's a shame people have had negative experiences with Romwe but I can't thank you enough for the clothes/accessories especially at such low prices. Thank you again Romwe, I'll be back!
As someone who is saving up for graduate school, I found the sales on this site to be amazing. I cannot stress how convenient it is to find good quality products online with a great price, especially for necessary clothing for work or items that I need for freelancing. Recently I purchased from Romwe because those deals on clothing were too good to be true and I took and risk and tried it.
My order came in about 2 weeks from when I ordered it through standard shipping. They updated me on everything my package went through.
Now for the clothing, a majority of the material is soft and good and does not feel very cheap as you might expect. I'd recommend typically ordering a size up and checking the items details to see if whether or not the fabric stretches, it'll help a lot when choosing sizes.
If you want to try ordering from Romwe, I say do it! Order a few items the first time like I did and if you enjoy it then keep on going. I definitely will be
After paying for 'express shipping ' the clothes still took around 2-3 weeks at the very least... was it worth the wait? Mmm, not really. After receiving my package, I definitely regretted buying from Romwe. The quality was incredibly poor and quite tacky. The blouses literally felt like plastic on my skin - along with loose threads here and there. The coat which I ordered, although warm was made out of a very Cheap material and gave me a rash after trying it on for the first time (If you have sensitive skin like me). The sweaters were tolerable but were super thin and do not make you feel warm unless you layer up...
I keep seeing that everyone had received quick delivery but i'm starting to get scared because i haven't received mine yet and its coming around 2 weeks now. According to the website it cant track my order either. After seeing fast delivery on everyone's review two weeks is starting to make me a little. Impatient? More or less NERVOUS!
I am not usually a huge fan of online shopping -- one too many ill fitting skirts in colors that didn’t match the website -- But I am a huge fan of Romwe. Not only are their descriptions and pictures completely accurate to life, but their customer service is great. Like I said, I’m a skeptic when it comes to online shopping, but they had the exact dress I needed. Their FAQ section was really helpful, but I wanted a little more information, so I got on their live chat and got to talk to an actual person about their process and they were great! I ended up getting my order well before the delivery time and the garment (the sleeveless hollow patterned black pleated dress) fit absolutely beautifully. They have good deals on good quality clothing, made my experience with them wonderful and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Do not order from this website. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. They took almost 4 weeks to even process my order before it was shipped. I tried to contact their customer service multiple times. The responses came about 5 days after I sent each message and each response was the same automated "Nice Day. Your order will ship within 24 hours!" They had been telling me for 4 weeks that my order would ship within 24 hours.
When the clothes finally arrived, several items were missing from my order and I received duplicate items of items I didn't even order. Some articles were ripped right out of the packaging and most of the clothes are so over/undersized there is no way I can wear them.
I'm not even going to attempt to return these because I have a strong feeling they won't give my money back. I don't want to risk paying return shipping to a company that does not care about their customers.

Buying things online usually makes me a little nervous because you only have a few pictures to rely on and you can't try anything on but I'm very impressed with Romwe. I ordered a white floral print dress in a small and it fit perfectly. When the dress came in It looked new, clean, and exactly as pictured. The material was great quality especially considering the fact that I only paid $16! I would definitely recommend this and will buy from them again.
These clothes are not even close to what they look like in the picture or description. Very cheap looking and feel clothing quality. Returns are a nightmare. My order was $41 and after 45 minutes at the post office, I spent $12 to return it. Then, they didn't even refund me the entire amount.
