Bought the Pionner XDJ-XZ from Ravi great price and fast shipping Item arrived and was put in storage finally booked my first post covid gig and open up my controller only to find that the left deck was not working. I reached out to Pioneer DJ and they sugested I send it back to place of purchase or send it in for repairs. My issue is that I could not use my new $2,000 Contoller for the gig and still have to pay for shipping on a brand new controller. BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING FROM RK AUDIO they have no service after the sale THEY OFFERED THEN RETRACTED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING FOR MY ITEM TO HAVE IT SERVICED VERY DISSAPOINTED
Hands down the best customer service in the music gear industry - Every time I deal with them, It continue to be amazed me.
